Don't worry Alexander, you are not the only on who had shocking customer service. Mine was through York Monks Cross branch. Even if you do complain via the website to the CEO's office who promise to 'personally' come back to you they never do. I have sent one letter, two direct emails to the CEO team all with no avail. After finally getting a response when posting a note on Facebook the investigation that they were carrying out hasn't been fed back despite yet more promises to come back yesterday. Shocking customer service doesn't describe it! I definitely won't be using them again and would urge others to question whether they should too
