Ordered a bumper over two weeks ago. They charged my card the next day and provided me tracking numbers within two day, but they were invalid tracking numbers. I've spent over two hours on the phone with customer service calling ups and the factory that was supposed to supply the bumper, only to be told the bumper was on a truck over a week ago. Still no bumper and no accurate information as to where the bumper is or when I will see it. Every representative told me the same things for the past two weeks and still no bumper. Tried to get a supervisor on the phone but they were too busy to assist me. Been waiting over a week for a call back and everytime I call in I'm informed that all the supervisors are busy. I feel like I've been taken advantage of and have no option other than to call my credit card company and cancel the charges. Consider yourself warned, this company does not follow through on their promises and delivers very poor customer service.

I loved every single part of the transaction. From start to finish the transaction was smooth. The website was well informative, and I was able to choose the product I was looking for efficiently. I plan to definitely purchase from this company again as they are very professional and informative. The shipping is very fast, expected after 2 days.

I recently got a Honda Civic 2016 LX trim, and I was looking in to some cold air intakes for it. I could not find compatible models for my Civic and contacted CARiD for some help in searching for compatible intakes. The person helping me was Drew, he was very informative on what I needed for my car, I appreciated the customer service of this company, and will continue to buy parts from here. I look forward to doing more business with this company!

**If you look at these reviews the owner only responds to positive reviews,,that in itself should be a red flag** **Make sure you call this place to order so you can ask questions about the process** This place is a joke, talk about some misleading, slide of hand stuff. I ordered rims and tires which were supposed to be an exact fit as per their website. turns out that is incorrect because I get an email at the end of the day on Friday stating the rims will only fit with a spacer,,problem #1, that is not an exact fit. since it was so late on Friday when i received the email I received no response back until Monday, because they are closed, further delaying an order I thought was good to go when placed. Then im told that they don't have the rims in stock and that my estimated ship date would be April 19th, 3 weeks after i ordered the rims and tires. I try to email both of my wheel "experts" and get no response back(mind you they took my money the minute i placed the order). I then happen to look at my account and see that now my "estimated" ship date is now April 29th, uhmm what? I received no update in regards to this change, they have my money already so why bother? Then I call and get a rude costumer service rep who basically says too bad, cancel the order if im not happy. ownership: heres a little piece of free advice, make your potential customer are aware of the potential pitfalls of ordering with you,,i.e, wheels not in stock,,must be gotten from manufacturer,,,4 or 5 week wait time,,,,,so that the customer can make an informed decision and possibly go elsewhere. you should be ashamed of this entire process as i will never use carid again The quickest thing about this process is the payment,,,which you took immediately for wheels you weren't even sure i wanted as they were not an exact fit without spacers. you also offered me a $30 gift certificate which i never received in regards to your price match policy, which is another story all together.

Excellent customer service, in United Stated none the less! The tire and wheel specialist was very knowledgeable about the products and was able to answer my specific questions I had for him. It was also helpful that he was friendly and when I called back I was able to speak with him directly rather than being shuffled around to different people. Can't wait to get the new wheels and tires in!

I was looking for a gas tank for an older car ('92 corolla). There are many different models and sub-models of corollas, so there are many tanks to choose from. With the online help/chat feature, I was able to talk to a store representative who double checked all the information I was given, and led me to purchase a correct fitting gas tank, and all of the corresponding parts (filler neck, tank straps. The store rep was very polite, patient, acted quickly and was very helpful.

I received my replacement vent shades that were sent to me to replace the original damaged items I received weeks ago which appered to have been damaged from the shipping company . I am completely satisfied with how I was treated and how easy the process was for me to return and replace the damaged item. You guys at CariD definitely provided me with 100% customer satisfaction and I have not one bad thing to say about your company. I will definitely be doing business with you guys again and will recommend you to friends and family. I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and the friendly staff who I dealt with on the phone and via email communications that helped made the process of returning the damage item simple and hassle free. I was treated with friendly service via phone calls and was sent several follow up emails letting me know the status of my order and how the process would work. Within in days after returning the damaged item, i received a brand new item and am completely satisfied. Looking forward to doing business again with CariD in the future.

I have recently had my first experience in obtaining an auto part from CARiD. While the first delivery was in error as to the part needed, the reporting of it and the correction that followed was professional and efficient. A gentleman by the name of Diego was the representative I worked with to straighten out the order, and he facilitated the replacement quickly, including the return of the wrong part at no shipping cost to me. He also followed up via e-mail to confirm everything was now correct. I was so impressed with the service and the customer-focus orientation, that I told my mechanic about it and suggested he consider CARiD replacement parts in his business. One other feature I should mention is the entertaining and unique "filler" that CARiD uses when a customer is on "Hold." It is informative and fun! A neat, total quality company. George T.
