Crab Week, 18 to 24 May 2012 – Seafood enthusiasts can snap up freshly caught crab and cooked-to-order crab specialties. Fresh crabs will be also be served in pass around dishes and on ice with traditional condiments. VND 1,013,000++ per person

The week-long crustacean showcase will feature king crabs, blue crabs, flower crabs and soft shell crabs fresh on ice and prepared in dishes such as Japanese crab stick salad, brandy flavoured crab bisque soup, soft shell crab tempura and stir-fried crab curry.

Fresh crabs will be also be served in pass around dishes and on ice with traditional condiments.
