- The week-long crustacean showcase will feature king crabs, blue crabs, flower crabs and soft shell crabs fresh on ice and prepared in dishes such as Japanese crab stick salad, brandy flavoured crab bisque soup, soft shell crab tempura and stir-fried crab curry.
