It's less than $1k more than the 2015 Mazda MX-5. Thank you, Mazda.
The all-new, fourth-generation Mazda MX-5 Miata’s long, slow march to dealerships has just spiked our excitement for the third time. The first jolt came when the car debuted, while the second arrived when we drove a European-spec car in Barcelona earlier this year. Now, the 2016 Miata’s price has been announced—and it’s mighty agreeable. The new car may […]

Throw a Corvette ZR1's heart into a '48 Buick? Jay Leno approves. [VIDEO]
We love the whole concept of the ICON Derelict line. Founder Jonathan Ward finds rough, patina-laden vintage bodies, stuffs them full of modern horsepower, and hides a thoroughly sporty and capable chassis underneath that unrestored classic body. It’s hard work, with attention to details that even a sharp-eyed car geek might not notice on first […]

Admit it. When you were four, your favorite car builder was Hanna-Barbera. Indeed, some of the best cars of our kid-age dreams weren’t cars at all, but drawings of cars. Saturday morning fantasies burned into our psyches through insidiously cute anthropomorphization, constant reruns, and blatant commercial toy tie-ins. Virtually all of us born in the […]

Total Recall Cont'd: Because nothing upsets a funeral like the hearse’s engine catching fire.

http://blog.caranddriver.com/lincoln-mkt-hearselimo-recalled-for-fires-plus-200k-ford-explorers-and-super-duty-ambulances/
Because nothing upsets the decorum of a funeral like the hearse’s engine catching fire, Ford is recalling specialty versions of its Lincoln MKT. It’s also expanding a recall for faulty door latches on late-model Explorers and recalling other specialty fleet models, including its F-series ambulances. On 2013-2015 MKT hearse and limo models, which are prepped […]

Same thing that happen too other luxury performance vehicles, customers claim they want a drivers vehicles, but they really want a luxury vehicles, want proof just Cadillac at ATS/CTS probably the best rwd platform in the business, whereas Mercedes C/E/S Class aren’t the best drivers car in the world, but luxury yes, end of the day luxury sales these vehicles it seems with performance being secondary

Chevrolet claims the 6th-gen Chevrolet Camaro has been eating right, hitting the gym, and dropping the LBs.

Now, we’d don’t mean to hurt the fifth-generation Chevrolet Camaro‘s feelings, but it’s a little, um, how should we put this . . . big boned? We mean that literally: It’s portlier than is ideal for a pony car because of its bone structure, which is a cut-down version of the same full-size sedan platform that […]

This video should scare the crap out of you . . . for the sake of whoever wound up with that tire. In it, you see how scam artists take worn-out tires and “recondition” them to look newer and safer so that they can then be sold on the secondhand market. How do they do […]

It's brutal that there are people with this little regard for the safety of others... at least you can spot these  for what they are by noting that they have no wear bars left.

We live in a world where 200 horsepower is economy-car fare, 300 horsepower is mildly interesting, and 400 horsepower is the minimum needed to command many enthusiasts’ attention. Big horsepower is affordable, too, if you know where to look. In the past decade, the world has seen its share of 400-hp cars, and they’ve now […]

Car salesmen in America don’t offer beers before a test drive, nor would they ever tell a customer to leave because “it’s not a good day.” But there are fewer rules to break in South Africa, where we recently drove seven of the worst new cars from China, India, Malaysia, and Germany—ja, really—to see if […]

Radar Red. No, M*A*S*H’s Gary Burghoff never went over to the North Koreans. No, the Dutch dudes in Golden Earring did not overrev their automobile while the radio was playin’ that forgotten song. It’s nothing more than an interior color that’s now available on the Dodge Durango R/T for 2015. Originally applied to a concept […]
