AWFUL!!!!!!! Learn to care about your customers, fix ANY mistake, whether it be yours, uncle Bobs, or the weather.....Show that you go that extra mile like LAcrawfish does! This was the most disappointing business I have EVER had with a company! I would rather go eat at Mcdonalds than order from CAJUN GROCER EVER AGAIN!!! My shipment never came for a huge party, went bad on the way in, stuck in louisville for weather....knowing all their shipments were out they still decided to close early and not even address all of the concerned customers the remainder of the day on EASTER WEEKEND!!! If my business had this problem I would have stayed all night to take phone calls ensuring my customers that something else would be done, or sending out through Fedex to get the orders to the customers on time!! I can only imagine the amount of families that didnt have easter dinner due to this...I understand you cant control the weather, but you can control what you do from there to make your company different from the others! TO BE CLEAR I HAD TO GIVE AT LEAST ONE STAR, THEY DONT EVER DESERVE THAT!

My husband ordered a gift basket for me for Christmas. The box arrived in good condition, but when I opened it there were coffee grounds all over the INSIDE of the plastic wrap surrounding the gift basket. There was a sizable split in the bag of coffee. Needless to say the coffee was useless and it was a mess to clean up. There was also a can of red beans in the basket that was badly dented in two places. We let them know about these issues and asked what they could do to "make it right." They offered to either re-ship the damaged items or credit us for them. Since we're not big coffee drinkers, we asked for the credit. Just checked out account and they credited us $8.90. When I look at the website, the coffee and beans total $9.88, and that doesn't count tax and shipping. I think they should have been a bit more fair with the credit, and/or offered us something for our trouble (ever heard of a lagniappe, guys?). I wanted to try some of the boudin and other products they sell, but I don't trust they would get here in good condition and, frankly, I'm not impressed with their customer service. UPDATE: It just occurred to me that perhaps they only credited the coffee and not the beans, which is not what I thought they were going to do. I've always heard not to eat food from dented cans. Guess we'll just eat the cost of them instead, not to mention the shipping, which my husband said was ridiculous.

We ordered and recieved the best experience of Cajun cuisine we could have asked for here in North Dakota. I have lived in southern Louisiana (Houma) and enjoyed seafood boil many times. What we had here in Grand Forks was so wonderful and brought the Cajun up North. Worth every penny and wanted you to know how appreciated you are!!!! The crawfish were beautiful and lasted the whole day in packing til we were able to start. Thank you again!! Next trip to family in Gonzales, I would love to visit your facility! Wanda Ince with Scott Clark and many other very satisfied and full friends and family!
