I stayed three nights here as part of a professional retreat. Great staff, clean facility, beautiful grounds. I'd stay again, definitely!

It was hard to find much wrong with our recent weekend stay. The good: Most of the staff was very friendly and courteous. The food choices were many and very fairly priced including the varied buffets that we all enjoyed. The horseback riding was wonderful but pricey;consider just doing the one hour to save your wallet and posterior a little pain! The heated indoor/outdoor pool was a hit with my kids. The "not great" parts were the "Cottages" we stayed in. Although very clean, it is a series of subdivided rooms in a larger structure. You will hear your neighbors TV and conversations in great detail. Also the front desk guy that checked us in and out although professional had no interest in being friendly nor asking us anything at check in or check out. Uh....you are the first impression of the resort sir. Overall however, very nice weekend!

This place has all the comforts of home and a staff as warm and friendly as if you are staying in a friends house. The buffet was just okay (a buffet is just that...keep your expectations in check), but there are plenty of dining options around town if its not your style. If you are looking for a nice getaway I would highly recommend Brasstown Valley.
