We had a great time riding the Jackrabbit trails on our last visit to Brasstown.  Good trials and my teenage son got excited about getting his first KOM recognition!  cool.

I am currently here for 3 days for my job, our clerk reserved our rooms about 6 months or so ago and we paid for 2 king rooms. After the clerk said everything was taken care of then I called two days later to confirm and was told by the desk that they had the rooms booked for 2 kings. I just arrived here 30 mins ago and myself and my supervisor checked in and the lady at the desk said we had 2 king rooms after being told at first that they were booked up, which to me I wouldn't care because I thought that's why you call AHEAD of time and make RESERVATIONS !! Well after we finally got our rooms my room was not a king and had a view of the woods covering the window like I am in time out. Also I have two full beds and I bought my fiancé with me and we have to sleep in a full size bed together. It's not bad since it was not my money paying for the trip but if it was then I would have been way more upset than I am now and would have left. My point is don't tell someone that they have a certain room with a certain view and have them looking forward to it after booking 6 months ahead of time ! And then tell them that they have that room after arriving and then once they get to the room it's something different. The gentleman at the front CLAIMED there was nothing that could be done because they were booked up but again I ask, if you reserve/book your spot way ahead of time, THEN what you paid for should be what you get and should be what's available !! You do not put other people in a spot that has already been reserved for someone else ! I have been to regular hotels that conducted their business better than here and we're more helpful at trying to please their customers. Oh by the way my partner that came here alone was given a king room with a nice view but me and my fiance got the short end of the stick and I hate to say it and think this way but my supervisor and I don't exactly look the same if you catch my drift ! UPDATE !!!! I just spoke with a friend that is also staying here and she made it to the resort over 2 hours before me and my partner made it !! She was told the same thing as I and was not given her king room and was given a room with 2 full beds but she was told she got a upgrade because she has a fireplace. I spoke to the same lady who asked about my room and all she said was "oh I'm sorry they put you in a regular room !" So I'm staying a regular downgraded room but paid the same price as the king room I was SUPPOSED to have and the supposedly upgraded room as my friend that isn't a upgrade because who needs a fireplace when it's warm outside ! Keep in mind though ! My friend looks like me but we both look different from my partner !!!! She made it here hours before us and was told her king room wasn't available and they were booked up but when me and my partner arrived hours later I didn't get my room either and was downgraded but they magically found the king room for my partner that looks different from us and he came after my friend who was told there weren't any available after she reserved her room also !! Something just doesn't seem right with this situation !!

I have visited this resort at least twice a year for the past 13 years and it never disappoints. The staff is super friendly, the views are breathtaking, and the food is delicious. The restaurant downstairs is fabulous, and the bar offers a wonderful variety of drinks. I love this resort.

The Resort is beautiful, with nice rustic rooms and a gorgeous libby that overlooks the Enotah valley. The restaurant always has excellent cuisine, as well as tables on the deck overlooking the first hole of the well maintained golf course. The property allows plenty of hiking, tennis, and other amenities. The staff is always ready to help and is very friendly.

Scenic beauty. Great place for a visit to North Georgia. Showing a bit of age, but the owners clearly care for the property. The Service is great too.

This hotel had a beautiful senic display that could be admired at just about any spot around the hotel. Looking out my balcony I could view the beautiful mountains and down on the patio I admired the stream. It has many on site hiking trails and even its own golf course. A great destination for anyone who enjoys nature.

The beauty of the mountains is astounding. The lobby's elegance strikes you when you register and the rooms are no disappointment. Luxury abounds, and the presence of the spa adds a special experience. Staff service is always excellent. If

Played golf here and had lunch in the grill. Nice facility and good customer service. Course was in pretty good shape and you simply couldn't beat the scenery. Greens were true and easy to putt. One of the maintenance guys drove through mud next to our cart and it got all over our bags and cart. There weren't distance markers on all of the tee boxes so it was hard to tell the true distance to each hole. Food was good. Resort was nice though I didn't stay the night.

Thank you for being our guest and for taking time to share your comments. It is always nice to read positive comments about our facility, Golf course, and customer service. I apologize, again, that one of our grounds crew got mud on your cart and bags. We have addressed this with all of our grounds crew to ensure that this situation does not occur again, as this is not our standard. I was glad that I was able to speak with you personally as you came off the course and that the rest of your day and game was great. Thank you again and please do return often. We ate dinner at the restaurant, it was excellent. Service was great. We had drinks at the bar downstairs. Excellent service down there as well. Only reason why I gave a 4 star review instead of a 5. Is because the service was slow. Other than that, awesome.
