Easy as pie. I dont know why some of the others were bashing these guys. I mean, lets face it....all electricity providers are kind of a pain in the butt, right? My opinion is that these guys werent too bad and the fees weren't asronomical. The have several bonus programs that ease that are pretty sweet. And best of all, use promo code 1570993 an we both get a one time $50 credit! How awesome is that? :)

Horrible! First month I signed up my bill was 85.01. I just received my second bill and it is 294.85 for a one bedroom apt. Now I am on the 3 month fixed rate because I have no choice until April. Free cash reward as long as you pay on time? well, for the price they charge you I am sure they don't expect full payments on time. Do Not Use this electric company trust me you will regret it!

I've been with this company for going on 2 years now and I really couldn't be happier with my electricity company, which is really weird to say. When you sign up for these guys, you have the option to sign up for a rewards program, which is pretty nice because I can't think of anyone else that rewards me for paying my bills on time, you know, the thing I do anyways. I'm also a couple of months away from getting the permanent discount on my bill reward which will come in handy once summer rolls in (holla for Platinum status). The usage emails I get are pretty cool and I've never had a problem with getting any issues resolved, they have a friendly bunch working in customer service.

Horrible company. They will screw you out of money every chance they can and then belittle you while saying its your fault. My story: I want "off plan" for one month. I accept that it was my fault no arguments. In month 2 I called and wanted to be put on a new plan so I would have a better energy rate. I was personally told If you sign up for a plan at any point during this cycle it will be reflected on the current bill". When speaking with a representative I was told they cannot "backdate" plans. Its fun being lied to and being screwed out of hundreds of dollars. After this plan is through I will never use bounce again and I will tell everyone I know to avoid Bounce.

They are crooks. They are greedy and liars. Beware of them. At your own peril use them. They will charge more than double what other companies do. And, the customer service people do not keep their word. They make mistakes and charge you for them!

They suck! Incompetent - adjective 1. not competent; lacking qualification or ability; incapable. Well, that is the way they act. We signed up for Bounce Energy on April 29th. The lady on the phone asked if we wanted the AC repair plan for $15 per month and we said yes. A month goes by and my wife calls because we have not received anything yet only to discover that the lady signed us up for the wrong plan and she didn't include the AC repair in the plan, but the lady on the phone says she can back date the plan to the 29th. Fast forward to May 29th, wife called for general AC checkup and was refused a claim ticket because the plan never got entered, but now it is, No we cant back date it but we wont charge you until June 22nd when it becomes active. So a 30 day wait time becomes a 60 day wait. At this rate it will be September before we can us the plan. One thing is certain, upon completion of this contract, We will never deal with Bounce Energy again. I really wish I could give them -50 stars. They are not Incompetent, they are more like drunken master. So an UPDATE to last months fiasco which I didn't expect to worsen, but it did. We received a contract dated effective June 22nd as expected, but as June 22nd approached we received a new contract where corporate Bounce stepped in and back dated the AC contract to April 29th. WTF! pay now for 2 months I was excluded from the plan? I don't think so. So we called and they said we should just bill them for any AC repairs we made in those 2 months, I said no, I'm not paying for 2 months that I was unable to use the plan, that is really under handed. I'm going to call that deceptive trade practices number on the contract. So at that point she offered to totally remove the AC repair plan from our contract. We were quite fast to accept the offer to remove the AC plan because we had already read the contract which (as expected) charges $35 service fee, but (not expected) has a maximum $1000 in the plan year which can only be used toward (also unexpected) 1 AC unit. So if you have more than 1 unit in your house only 1 will get fixed. Hardly worth the paper its written on. Then she thanked me for choosing Bounce Energy as my electric provider. Yeah, just wait until my contract runs out and see if that "CHOICE" changes.
