The worst booking company EVER!! they will scam you when you try to book a vacation package. They will take the money from your bank for the airline part, and will say there was an error when booking hotel. When that happened to me, I called and they said the price has changed to higher amount during the booking, and I could get it with a new price. I canceled it right away, and tried it again and guess what? it happened again, and they told me the price has change during the booking.. WTH!! and it took them 40 days to refund me my money because when I canceled it they didn't send me a full information cancellation. Beside that, their customer service took for ever to answer!! and they will charge you for every service if you requested it through the phone... STAY AWAY FROM BOOKIT

HORRRRRRRIBLE company. We booked an all inclusive in Cancun in July and they had the nuts to call me today (six months later AND six DAYS before we were to check-in) to confirm our transfer vouchers and then emailed them to me. THEN, 5 minutes later they call me to inform me that our hotel reservation 'is no longer being honored'. I called them and they offered to put us up in a hotel that costs half the amount of the one we originally booked, and it was on the other side of Cancun. I talked to a supervisor who said that the hotel and the resort were having 'internal issues' and the hotel is no longer honoring any reservations via bookit. Clearly there are cash flow or integrity issues with bookit. It's NOT worth your vacation to book through a third party to save a few dollars or because they say they are lowest priced. Now, 6 days before we are scheduled to fly to Cancun, have dining reservations, and spa treatments at a hotel that no longer has a reservation for us, we have to find another hotel. #hopeyougobankrupt #thanksalotlosers

Horrible customer service. I had my honeymoon a week ago. We had the worse experience with the hotel on the first 3 days. Called Book it with the issues and they stated they were going to call the manager of the Hotel, and call me within 24 hours, I never received a call back. I called Book it again, was told the same they would call me within 24 hours again no call back. Got home, called Book it again they said they would call me back in 24 hours, have NOT yet received any call backs from Book it. Looking to be compensated for 3 horrible nights at the hotel. Now I have to resolve the issue by getting my credit card company to resolve the issue. I would NEVER use Book it again, or refer anyone I know to use Book it.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! So I booked for first time on book it hope you are not expecting a pleasant experience you'll be disappointed! So I spent several days on different websites trying to get best deal for my friend and I finally I held my breath and clicked the finish button... So I'm reviewing my reservation and I notice that my flights BOTH OF THEM are all screwed up! Well it's 0130 in the morning so I'm like Screw This I'll deal with this with a agent in the morning. ... So I call Book it . com and wait to speak to an agent.... When they finally connect me to Nigerian call center the agent very calmly tells me if I want THESE Flights it will be an additional 660.00 plus the 25.00 processing fee she's going to charge me AND My only other option is to cancel thing plus pay 19.99 AND I have to wait for my 1300.00 for 10 DAYS!!!! LAME AND LAST TIME I USE BOOKIT AND NOW I have to wait 10 days so I can rebook my trip so the moral of the story NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN

I would rate them a negative star if I could, but I have to rate them something, This company is the worse company I have ever gone through to book a vacation! first off, they charge you $25 just to speak to an agent ( to do there job that they are already there to do) then any changes that you make, they charge you according. The customer service is so bad, they make you feel guilty on even giving them a call. I called to simply change the credit cards on my account. The lady first told me that she didn't understand my question (although it was far from a question), then she told me that I needed to do that online, well if the website would have let me and I could avoid a $25 fee, trust and believe I would have jumped on it a skinny minute! Then she told me after I said " I was unable to make that change online" she said, well I can't do that! REALLY, IT CAN'T BE THAT HARD TO CHANGE A FEW NUMBERS IN THE SYSTEM OR CANCEL ONE CARD OUT AND LEAVE MINE ON THE ACCOUNT. The she just placed me on a 15:13 hold, later to find out I was simply disconnected. DON'T SAY YOU HAVEN'T BEEN WARNED! GO THROUGH ANOTHER SITE, HOTWIRE, TRAVOLOCTY, PRICELINE OR SOMETHING! DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID DEALING WITH THIS AWFUL SITE!!!!

I went to Cancun and stayed at the Park Royal resort ha ha. They should probably change the Name of the resort to Park Bench. Hated it. I could not get my rooms any cooler than 75 degrees there was no clock in the room. we were not allowed to have food or drinks in are room, no refrigerator. There was only 1 option for breakfast, it was all mexican flare and the same every day. at lunch it was cafeteria stile or grill at the pool. In the cafeteria again the same everyday with the mexican flare, and the grill food only the hot dog was worth eating. Diner was in the cafeteria or make reservations between 2- 4 for an Italian restaurant. In the caferteria all mexican flare no variety, in the restaurant good but not great. The best thing about the place was that the employees all had smiles and tried to make it pleasant.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. As a first time user of BookIt I was very leary but heard good things so I thought I would give it a try. I booked our honeymoon in October. Upgraded room, butler service, was very excited. Received an email today that they were having specials on Mexico resorts. So I wanted to check our resort. I entered the same dates we are traveling, the same upgraded room and all the options and the room is over $1000 cheaper!! I called customer service right away hoping they would provide some assistance. I was told there was no way they could give any money back. How is this customer service? I will never ever use this company again!!!
