Very good article. People train for different reasons, but I too do HIT training as part of my over all bodybuilding routine... I believe that some cardio training is required to help balance the physique, but pounding out hours of cardio will strip away muscle size, and that's where HIT training comes in.
It allows a bodybuilder to increase blood and lung function, before the body starts to cannibalize its muscles for energy...John!!
