We know that many of you have been eagerly awaiting the chance to play Jurassic World: The Game in BlueStacks, but have encountered issues of one kind or another. We recently got word from our support team that your difficulties in playing the game can boil down to either one or both of these reasons in most cases.
1. It may not be available to play in your region. In many cases, there have been apps where the developers/publishers have certain region locks in place where it may be available in one area, but not another. The best thing you can do in these cases is to contact them and let them know you'd like to use their app.
2. While we meet the minimum requirement to run the game at Android 4.4, the app requires some libraries that are currently not supported in our app player, thus causing messages of incompatibility in the Play Store and app crashes, if attempting to use the app from a downloaded APK file.
As we constantly strive to improve your experience, we must thank you for letting us know about this issue. We are now in touch with someone representing the game to see if there is anything further to be done. If you see anything else, especially after this latest update, please send a report to our support team at support.bluestacks.com
