The room was fine but the gaming floor was from the 70's. I was extremely disappointed when I entered your casino. Please update your casino to the 21st century. I will never come back until you get your gaming floor up to date. Thumbs DOWN for blue chip gaming. Spend some money and update your slot machines. I stayed in my room most of the time. There was nothing Vegas about this resort which should be the last resort. I only gave it 2 stars because of the room.

The wife and I stayed in one of the Luxury King Suites last night and we had a great time. The buffet was great with a neverending mountain of crab legs. The room was wonderful and we were happy to find that this is a smoke friendly environment. Were not big gamblers and won back what little we lost. Great place for a weekend getaway.

At check-in the clerks were very confused and acted like they had never checked anyone in before. The service and the food at the restaurant was awful! Our food arrived cold and the scallop entree was soo salty it couldn't be eaten. We did have fun in the casino, went up to our rooms around 1:00am. Only to be woken up at 8:45am by the sound of a vacuum cleaner. When we called the front desk to complain she said, "Oh well, she has to do her job." I only stayed 1 night but, after getting home and seeing that they had charged me for 2 nights, it took 3 days, and talking to 3 different people to have the charges reversed!! Will Not be back or Recommend!!

The Blue Chip Hotel rooms are very dirty, the Fire sprinkler system in the ceiling directly above the bed was caked full of dust dirt, cobwebs. I am sure that would malfunction if needed. The TV was on a pc of glass which was sitting on top of dresser. The glass had a 1/16 inch gap between it and the dresser. There was what looked like vomit up under the glass just in front of TV. All the furniture was filthy OLD and had a build up ?? of who knows what around all the furniture legs. Burn holes in drapes. The toilet had what looked like someone pee'd all over the back of it. The grout was falling out of around the tub. While we were in the Spa the maintenance man came in and was cleaning it with a big net and almost hit me in the face w it. He was pouring chemicals in when people were in the Spa (very unprofessional). The Casino itself smells BAD!!! I know it is a smoking facility but should be a way to clean up the smell a little. Not a good first time experience. For the $160.00 Rate I would NOT recommend this hotel. I have stayed in Hermicilio Mexico in cleaner

We have fun here. Never saw any 'racism' as one reviewer stated. Some of the slots are tight - I played in the 'minor leagues' (minimum bet) and had the most fun winning or losing 10 bucks or less. A couple of the bartenders don't seem to like to be there but the cocktail waitresses are always hardworking and friendly. Hotel & restaurant staff are great. Best comps of any nearby casinos.
