It was a great deal straight forward if you chose your car on their website. More time spent on selling the warenty than the car. End of the day it was good deal. Very satisfied

Just been to Big Motoring World and observed some interesting 'tricks' of the trade: Firstly, you have to see a sales person before your given access to the vehicles - this 'greeting' is checking you are a serious buyer and, whether you are prepared to buy today (!) The vehicles are sold as seen - so, be careful. Generally, the vehicles stocked have higher mileages - some are intergalactic mileages. I would say, the operation is largely one of selling finance and warranty packages but, get your finance sorted before you go there and compare the figures. Yes, the vehicle I was after did have a cheaper sticker price but, when comparing this with a BMW main dealer, the car will come with a cast iron BMW warranty. One final thing: I felt like I was a captive: as I said, you had to see a sale person first before you were given access to the vehicle and, when you wanted to leave, you had leave the same way you came in - running the gauntlet of the main office and the sales person wanting to know did you find anything of interest. Call me old fashioned but, I thought the process could intimidating.

We generally like to talk to our customers to get an understanding of which vehicle(s) they are interested in; so we are in the best position to assist them find the right vehicle(s), before going out on our forecourt. Here at Big Motoring World, we like to help guide our customers through the experience of purchasing a new vehicle- after all perusing hundreds of vehicles can be overwhelming. All of our vehicles go through our Prep Centres, and are prepped to a high standard. In regards to your comments about the mileages of our vehicles, the average mileages we stock are around 35,000 miles- not ‘intergalactic’ mileages as you mentioned. As a car supermarket, we pass on the benefits of bulk buying from our suppliers onto our customers. Unlike main dealers, we are able to operate on smaller margins due to the volume of cars we sell. Finance and warranty are products that we offer customers at competitive prices- they're optional! I can't yet say whether the long term quality of the vehicle I purchased will stand the test of time. All I can say for now is that everyone i dealt with at Big Motoring World was helpful, non-pushy and clear at all times. Yes, they are strict on pricing, although generally the vehicles I checked out on the site/forecourt were well within recommended pricing levels - most were below. The quality of my experience overall was excellent. By the way I only dealt with staff at the Addington depot, and the nearby collection/handout garage. Good work, thanks for sorting things so smoothly. ...and just to be clear - this is a genuine 5 star review.

Hi guys I have a such bad experience with them and never want to use him or recommend to anyone. I have booked appointment with them to see one of their car on Sunday and I have been ask to see their car at 4pm but we have reach very early and in our journey from Leicester to big car motor we have phone them three times and every time we been told car is here but when time comes to show us a car they haven't got that car available on forecourt ands they have ask someone around about 3pm. And ask me see if I am interested in any other car but we said we not interested. After waiting around about 5pm the car was not arrived on forecourt. And the staff wasn't helpful or pleasant in anyways. Even not drinks been offered while you waiting.

All of our vehicles go through our preparation centres before being displayed for sale, and on this one occasion, the vehicle was ready but hadn’t been brought over to the sales site, due to lack of drivers. We apologise you were not happy with our staff, and this will be investigated further, as this is not expected from our staff members. Amazing helpful and friendly team. only thing I would suggest is that you have an idea of what you want before going to the branch, due to the volume of cars on site to pick from. Recommend anyone to take a visit.

would like to say a massive thank you to Big Motoring world for such a great experience with them, the second i walked through the doors i felt such a warm welcome, the ladies on reception were very accommodating, i was kindly asked if id like a tea or coffee. they sat me down with a sales man who i felt was very helpful and not pushy. he assisted me in finding me my dream car. the car was a bmw 5 series which was very hard to get out, however Ray Shukla got the car out and took me on test drive. The test drive route was very adequate and allowed me a proper experience on the performance of the car. Ray then went through the paperwork of the vehicle such as HPi, Service History, Mot and owners which was very transparent. So would like to thank big motoring for an excellent service and i would recommend to anyone. the choice of cars and stock is very overwhelming. it looks to me that it is the nearest your gonna get to a maindealer experience, just not there price, there hand out department where i collected the car looks a millions dollors and once again where offered teas and coffees while they cleaned my new car which looked amazing, well done big motoring on such a fantasic experience
