Thank you for your feedback. We apologise that you feel this way about our process. We generally like to talk to our customers to get an understanding of which vehicle(s) they are interested in; so we are in the best position to assist them find the right vehicle(s), before going out on our forecourt. Here at Big Motoring World, we like to help guide our customers through the experience of purchasing a new vehicle- after all perusing hundreds of vehicles can be overwhelming.
All of our vehicles go through our Prep Centres, and are prepped to a high standard.
In regards to your comments about the mileages of our vehicles, the average mileages we stock are around 35,000 miles- not ‘intergalactic’ mileages as you mentioned.
As a car supermarket, we pass on the benefits of bulk buying from our suppliers onto our customers. Unlike main dealers, we are able to operate on smaller margins due to the volume of cars we sell. Finance and warranty are products that we offer customers at competitive prices- they're optional!
