We love getting feedback from our customers, like this from Hung-En Sung:

"The store offers a wide range of products and services; and it is staffed with professionals who are genuinely willing to help people. I brought my new zoom lens with a cracked filter stuck in it; didn't know whether glasses in it were damaged too. Mr Steve Burns really took time to work on the twisted frame of the filter, extracted it, and carefully tested the lens. In the process, he generously shared his knowledge about different filters with me and let me try some latest models of Leica. It was fun and informative. Steve did not charge me anything even though he spent a good half an hour helping me solve the problem. More than a store, I found a community here." -Hung-En Sung

Welcome to The Bergen County Camera Customer Spotlight! Monthly, we’ll feature a customer who’s made an impression on us. They might have grown in their understanding of photography, gained a mastery of the craft and/or become a strong advocate of our way of doing business in the world of photography. During the month you will see their images displayed on our digital signs in store, in our emails, blog posts and social media. We hope you both enjoy and are inspired by this new addition and look forward to your comments and suggestions.

Paul Florio is the first customer profiled in this new feature and has this to say:

"Pharmacist by trade…photographer by passion. I have had a life long love for NYC and it’s “characters”. Ever since the 60’s when I would tag along with my dad as my guide I have come to love everything the city has to offer. Check out my Instagram @paulflorio and web site – http://smu.gs/2mP1yxi – see you on Sunday in New York!

For over 25 years Bergen County Camera has become my “hang out” and class room. All my equipment and most of my talent has been learned just by listening to the “PRO’s” at BCC. I’m proud to have just launched my first book of photography called “Sunday in New York” visit my website for full details."

Watch for his images throughout the month and make sure you check out his Instagram and website.
