I received a telephone call from a Bell sales rep today to try to get me back to Bell. He said he could move my home phone back from Comwave, give me satellite TV and take me from Shaw and give me internet with 75gb data for $85/mth. I was amazed and said "I need cellular internet here and he checked and said yes you do" - I said can you still get me this deal with the internet included. He said yes and lets also review your TV channels with Shaw. We went through it for almost an hour and he said it would be a bit higher but still only $98+hst. I asked again, does this include everything, all in...my cellular internet too with 75gb...he said yes. I agreed to go ahead and booked a date for the install. I recorded authorization to move my home phone back to Bell. He had the order emailed to me. When I read it the price was now $122.85/mth and the internet was only 40gb. It gets worse...the internet on the order was a land line which does not work at my house and we confirmed many times with him.
I called the order department to review and they said that's odd...I said listen to his message...they said they don't even know how to reach that department but would try and help. I explained the internet offered would not work at my house...they came back with the response that they don't know the cellular department and can't do anything in my package to get the proper cellular modem so they offered me more data of 140gb and same internet land line modem. I explained that this was ridiculous since what they are trying to send me is for a land line that will not work. She argued with me and said the order would not go in if I did not have internet access. I was so angry at that point I just said leave everything and I will call the internet department and tell them what you are trying to give me.
When I called the internet department they laughed and said I was right in that there is not internet on land line at my house yet.
They offered to cancel the order and that is it after 2 hours and 30 minutes wasted of my time and their incompetency.
I feel this is very wrong and a huge image issue since Bell Canada is out there telemarketing people to get them to come back of which now I am thinking I remember why I left Bell Canada and might never come back.
I am posting this here hoping someone with competency and management in sales can listen to the phone calls both from the salesman who called me and the incompetent lady who tried to tell me I could use a regular modem and increased my plan to 120gb.
Is anyone accountable for this colossal waste of my time?

I am in the internet hosting and design business so believe me I am starting with your Google+ review but it does not end here now that I am at 3hrs of wasted time from Bell and no resolution.
