Regional airport, opened in 1938, with short-haul flights, on-site parking and local bus links.- Google
"Very quick 10 minutes into the heart of the city."
"Small airport, so crowded and slow security, never using it again."

If you have to collect your luggage, you could be waiting a while. They seem to get confused by more than one plane an hour, as if the plane turning up is some sort of surprise. Like they're in the business of searching people pockets and selling pricey sandwiches when these huge metal birds arrive unexpectedly, disrupting their business model. On the plus side, it's so small you can easily find your way about

Dirtiest airport I've ever visited Toilets stink driers don't work and only cold water to wash in the food court toilets. If staff are using these how are they maintaining basic food hygiene standards! All seats in all areas are covered in grime and general residue. Couldn't sit in restaurant until I asked a girl to clean my table and my chair. All chairs covered in dried-on spills and food splash. Staff seem dispondent and uninterested. Not impressed Take my advice and use Belfast international or the train

Security was extremely rude and unnecessarily discarded half of the items I brought with me for my trip. For such a small airport, their security is absurdly invasive and literally threw everything out of my bag, making me spend the next 15 minutes trying to put it all back in. I will never be coming back to Belfast.

Car Parking is unbelievably expensive at this airport - and they put a rival car park out of business to ensure they have cornered the market. Will be flying from Dublin in future.

Aer Lingus desk was down so we waited in a queue for two and a half hours to be manually checked in. Had major problems trying to get them online or by phone from both Spain and Portugal. Awful.

Free wifi is good but the arrivals area has little to offer in food or beverages as its costa coffee or WH Smith. Not really great.

The location of the airport is great but the screens are not being updated. We are already 10 minutes past the departure time and the screens are still showing the flight as 'on schedule'. Any announcements are also very quiet. Needs much better communication on the status of flights. Late flights are also a little too common.

This airport is okay, does the job. I have to say the process was relatively painless compared to others I've been to. Also there's the usual frustration in general with having to take out your shoes ,belt, jacket, etc. But I guess that's everywhere anyway. What's great is its location to Belfast central. Very quick 10 minutes into the heart of the city
