Good Afternoon Chris. Thank you for reaching out. In looking at the complaint, it appears that it was originally closed as "Info Only" as there was not a specific resolution noted. In those situations, the complaint remains on file with BBB in case the issue becomes a pattern with a given company. I then see that when you received the letter stating such, you called Maureen and provided some additional information so that Maureen could re-open the complaint (which she did) and then she processed it out to the business. We are currently waiting for a response from the business. If/when a response is received from the business, you will receive notice of that & what they say.
