You've seen the pears in the glass bottles, this year we're giving lemons in a bottle a go. Once they are grown, we will fill it with limoncello. Saluti!

Absolutely amazing and completely worth the drive out. The scenery is breath-taking and the place is just impeccable. The service was absolutely delightful. You can walk under the shade of the trees or sit down at the little restaurant. It isn't too crowded and is perfect for the whole family

Wow. One of the best meals we have had this trip, and that is saying a lot as South Africa is a foodie destination. They bring fresh bread, oils and watermelon pieces to start. I had the Red Starter (baked aubergine terrine with fresh fruits and veggies) my husband had the Lamb cutlets spicy herb sauce and roasted veg). The views are gorgeous between the mountains, the garden and the vineyards. What an experience, even just walking through the gardens stimulates your senses with the aromas of countless vegetables and fruits. Be sure you set aside a few hours for a visit...next time I'm booking a spa treatment!

An awesome experience in nature and food. We missed the Clivias show due to lack of time. Really worth while spending the day.

Absolutely amazing day. Greenhouse Restuarant unfortunately fully booked with waiting list... Would suggest considering fresh water points in garden or picnic baskets to enjoy in garden... other than that... cannot fault the place - absolutely amazing!!!

There needs to be a way to give Babylonstoren six stars for they are in another class! Nothing compares with the experience you have here, at least, that I have found so far in the Cape Winelands. Impeccable food, variety of lovely shops, helpful and knowledgable staff, pleasant service, amazing attention to detail, sustainability-centred, excellence in everything, proudly South African, progressive yet traditional, innovative yet rooted in ancient and classical methods - such a treasure to spend time here and blessing to our fine country. will certainly frequently return to watch your progress!
