Everyone who pre-registers online at FitMagazine.ie/events for Aware's ‪#‎Harbour2Harbour‬ Walk this St. Patrick's Day in ‪#‎Dublin‬ ‪#‎Cork‬ & ‪#‎Galway‬ before 3pm Monday, March 14th will be entered into a draw to win 2 West Stand Premium Level tickets to the RBS 6 Nations Ireland V Scotland rugby game at Aviva Stadium on March 19th. Aware's #Harbour2Harbour Walk funds information education and support services nationwide for people who experience depression or bipolar. Winner will be announced Monday at 4pm.

Online application is NOW OPEN for a free, 6 week, CBT based education programme called "Life Skills" which will begin early November in counties: Cork, Dublin, Galway, Limerick, Kildare Kerry, Kilkenny and Laois. There are approx. 25 places on each programme. "Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) based" means that the programme focusses on how your thoughts influence your mood & behaviour and helpful ways to intervene more quickly when a cycle of negative thinking starts for you.
