So, to control all cyber threats AT&T are sending their customers personal data to random people? I have asked in chat twice, to stop spamming me with your customer's "Family Map" data. And only one thing your ignorants in support proposed me - delete my mail account. 'It is not our problem'. Cool way for you. But when you close eyes, world is not fall into darkness.

I don't think I'm a the right place, but someone will see this. I went to renew my AT&T uverse account after not having it for almost 2 yrs. . At first I was told I owed a balance. I knew that. So I expected that. After I had gotten the money they told me I had to pay. I called AT&T to set up payment. They then told me I had to pay my cell phone balance as well, to get uverse back. I have never heard of this before . This are two totally different accounts. I didn't even start them at the same time. At first I wanted to come back to AT&T . Now, though, I don't think so. I'll be ok without it.

I was Very disappointed to learn today that the Settlement At&t has agreed to pay their Customers for a Sham Service Fee that they Charge is Very narrow in Scope, and only affects a very Small percentage of people who do not Check their bills on a regular basis. It does NOT refund all At&t customers for the Sham fees that At&t, themselves, bill their customers for, which they conveniently Hide on your Bills called "Local Video Facilities Fees," Local Video Service Franchise Fees," & "Broadcast T.V. Surcharges" which are the REAL Sham Fees that At&t charges all of their U-Verse Customers. The regulatory bodies are Clearly Sleeping-on-The-Job and should be Alerted to these deceptive, and perhaps fraudulent, charges that At&t Charges all their customers for!
