What a beautiful colouring book. I love how the grids and guidelines are intact which gives a clue how to create these beautiful images. What amazing mathematics involved in creation!

A blueprint of the depths of my cold sadness, loss and pain, life gone down the drain, and eyes unseeing vacant stare not there and you are there but untouchable and your hands create the blue, create the blueprint, the idea is carried out with surgical precision and an architecture of resilience battles the military force until finally release into the deep blue and I am not drowning but I am free, my spirit is free, I am free to be me and this is my art therapy. Shine the light and invert the image imposed, speak like a rose, unfold and release the fragrance of freedom, by speech by all means, express it and grow.

Some thoughts are creatively expressed and understood only by the one sharing, or shared only with Self, other thoughts are publicly understood. Art therapy opens a means of communication which does not rely heavily on verbal, when verbal is not in play.

Take a breath, rise above the waves, the sea of adult colouring books is deluging the world and a tiny lighthouse is bobbing on the horizon, shining a light of creativity that blinks into collective consciousness and says, you can do it. Do it yourself, swim against the tide, but at an angle across the current to make progress, progressively gaining confidence in your ability to express yourself creatively, take a deep breath and rise above the tide of trauma and let your inner voice be heard, express what is truly inside and with the voice of creativity become the beacon, become the lighthouse and shine to prevent tragedy of total shipwreck.

Pictured below, a blank frame quartered and filled with a done-it-myself colouring picture, and subsequently coloured with water colour paints. Creative writing above spontaneously written in response to the picture below.

Wildersoul.com has published the world's first "do-it-yourself colouring book," an art therapy self help education resource for adults and kids. Create your own colouring designs with the help of guidelines and grids. Anasera Trifonoff, the author of the "DIY - Wildersoul Colouring Book II," enjoys creating resources to help people express themselves creatively. Available as a 96-page paperback from selected online retail outlets from December 2016.
Colouring helped Anasera to heal from post-traumatic stress, and she began a mission to encourage creativity as an aid to healing. She created a free online colouring blog, sharing more than 365 colouring pictures, and published the first book in the Wildersoul Colouring Book series in 2013.
Anasera dedicates her do-it-yourself colouring book "to you wilder souls who want to leap out from between the lines and express what is truly inside."
