8 Scaleable Trees - just uploaded to 3D Warehouse

Having gotten this idea from Maarten Pontier I have continued to refine this component creation process.
Here are the steps in Sketchup 18 PRO to create such a dynamic component:
1. Find (or create) tree textures to use (these are from FreePik)
2. Crop individual trees from .jpg image
3. Save as .PNG with transparency and reduced color palette
4. Import tree#1 to Skethcup
5. Size to fixed height
6. Center tree image on origin
7. Create component for tree#1 and set axes to center
8. Hide tree #1 and repeat for other trees
9. Select all trees and make parent component, set axes to center
10. Set attributes for parent component
11. Select each tree component and create attributes
12. Test display, resize, and selection
13. Add form metadata
14. Final save

Please let me know if you find this component useful, or if you find errors of display or operation.

I have mixed feeling about such a component, because it is almost 1MB in file size. I guess the advantage is that, if you need 8 different trees in your model, this provides all of them with only that file size increase to the total model size.

Últimamente he tenido bastante trabajo y no he podido subir nada a YouTube.
