I would guess Google can give you the answers, parents can show you them. Though I suppose there's also youtube. But hell, they are also an extra set of hands and feet when you could use some time to rest them.

It's all about those "green cards" (federal dollars for education that funds these schools). They expel kids at age 19 because the government no longer funds them, either.

Throwing pregnant teenage mothers out of school revolved around this sad situation, too. So they had to get a GED from Adult Education centers NOT funded by the federal grants. -_-
