New in SVN: if you update from SVN and recompile the map compilers from source, you'll find that multithreaded map compilation has been enabled on Linux! Mappers rejoice!

Hilariously, multithreading had previously only been possible on SGI IRIX and Tru64 UNIX... a real blast of the 90s. There was also Win32 code, but it had been commented out due to some lighting bugs that I've fixed. It should be possible to uncomment it on Win32 without problems now, but I have not done so.

Something else makes this notable: this is officially our 3000th SVN commit!
