Introduction

AdoptUSKids is a project of the Children’s Bureau. Online and over the phone, we provide information and resources to families exploring foster care and adoption. Child welfare professionals use our site to access resources that help them recruit foster and adoptive families, stay informed about current practices, and find families for children.

MISSION: Our mission is two-fold:

·         Raise public awareness about the need for foster and adoptive families for children in the public child welfare system

·         Help states, territories, and tribes to recruit, engage, develop and support foster and adoptive families
