Have you been to Beacon Hill Park? You'll see these guys around, if you don't hear them first, at the Beacon Hill Park Children's farm. Walk around the gardens, relax by the pond, treat yourself to an ice cream and take the kids to meet and see the animals at the farm! http://ow.ly/R39DD

Rented a room for one month but could not see it given it was being cleaned. Arrived back in evening to strong musty smell necessitating leaving both doors open during night. The first place I looked (behind 12" baseboard) I found and photographed black mold. We informed manager and requested room change but nothing available. We left and requested refund. That was five days ago and still no word.

Not bad. Good staff. Good price. Rooms more dated than outside facade. A little disappointed.

We had a ground-floor 1 bedroom suite with queen bed and full kitchen. It was clean and in good condition, and a good size (for a couple). Had a full fridge, stove, and microwave and counter space. One closet for coats & shoes, and a larger closet in the bedroom. Nice desk for writing/computing. Wireless service worked well for the laptop. Patio door accessible through the bedroom leads to plastic outdoor table & 2 chairs on shared paved patio area with shrubs. Wonderful location downtown near the parliament building, and it's great for coastal walks along the boardwalks and trails.
