What is the biggest challenge you face as a small business? Answering that question now through June 16th, 2013 could win you a $10,000 grant in staffing services to build the team you need to grow your business, without growing your budget http://adec.co/smallbiz10Kgrant

Protecting my intellectual property from copyright infringement and corporate ripoff artists comes to mind.

Keeping corporate interests like Adecco from violating my personal and professional rights by stealing my ideas, and anyone else's ideas, they think will help them turn a profit. You want to inspire young people? Then do the right thing by stopping this campaign, issuing a public apology to Turner Barr and offering him a compensation for this fraud.

STOP you campaign now and make it right.

You will be hounded by a very large influential group of online bloggers and other people until this is done.

I see Adecco is actively deleting all dissent - but this issue is NOT going away.

You stole this idea and trademarked it thinking your size and money keep you safe. Typical selfish corporate bully.

Well, not anymore. Welcome to the wrath of the online community.  You screwed up. Admit it and stop stealing.

Dear Adecco, Studies show that bloggers have become more influential over purchasing decisions than celebrities. Is this REALLY a battle you want to fight, with a member of our community? We may not know everything, but we KNOW how to use social media...

I was about to say +Bret Love, if there's anything we, and the offended party, know well, it's social media. This is a severely botched up shame job that needs to be fixed, and not mutually beneficial, as Adecco would like, but SOLELY beneficial, as it is Turner's right. Let's see how long our comments stay.

Has anyone started a Kickstarter campaign or some such to help Turner Barr pay an attorney to sue them properly?  As a blogger myself, I'd donate to that campaign.

My biggest challenge is finding employees who fit the company culture when we're growing so fast. We're small enough that one bad employee could really mess things up, but our staffing needs have grown so large that I can't keep up with the hiring.

While doing due diligence, I googled Adecco, and found that they shamelessly stole IP from a blogger. Given the number of complaints that workers have with Adecco, plus this most recent example of corporate incivility, I've crossed them off my list.

You probably could have hired +Turner Barr to be the face of your contest for $10,000. Get ready to shell out a lot more trying to fix this debacle. "Small business dreams" my ass. You're wrecking dreams.

Should re-name this 'Small Business, Big Corporate Rip--Off'. You stole an idea. Now we're fighting back. Very poor decision to alienate an entire blogging community, who will squeeze your brand now until its pips squeak. Put this right, and at least pretend to have some ethics.

Small businesses fight EVERY DAY to hold their own in a fair market. Please cease your use of Aroundtheworldin80jobs, and generously compensate +Turner Barr for the damages. You have not earned the right to benefit from your illegal activity, here. It's the right thing to do, and you know it. #makeitright

Adecco should be ashamed. The theft of intellectual property is very serious. To take someone else's hard work, try to pass it off as your own and then trademark the artist's work right out from under him?! Disgusting.

Wow, this is amazing. You have the worst PR and social media team ever.

This is going to be studied in textbooks under the chapter, "How Not to Handle a PR Disaster on Social Media".

Apologize. #MakeItRight  , and move on. This will only get worse until  you set things straight.

Biggest challenge?  Protecting my intellectual property from copyright infringement and corporate ripoff artists comes to mind.

I woud have to agree and state the biggest risk is for large corporations not to care one iota about theft of property and act arrogant as hell about it! #80Jobs  was not your damn idea! #MakeItRight  and compensate  +Turner Barr accordingly! I want to projectile vomit in your CEO's face. Your actions are that disgusting!

The biggest challenge probably is protecting my intellectual property from corporate ripoff artists. #80jobs

I agree with everyone on here. Small businesses like ours are working day and night to scratch a living together. Protecting that living from huge corporations with too much money and too little ethics is one of the biggest challenges the small business person faces. This is disgusting.

Interesting question Adecco, but bad timing for you. Or shall I say bad actioning by a company who intends to "inspire"? Hey youth! Listen up here! No good deal comes from an easy deal, right? And Adecco apparently likes this kind of business by stealing other's work and publishing it as their own...

#makeitright  if you feel like you care at least for your readers. Oh...and DON'T DELETE ANY MORE ACCOUNTS, VIDEOS, CONTENT OR FEEDS...we are following and you look even more guilty and recognizing your mistake as you make any moves. Just say it and #makeitright

Fighting large corporations who think they can steal small businesses ideas because they are big, have money, and no sense of what is the right thing to do.

I'm just going to go ahead and repost what Joy Steele wrote:
