All of my life I've heard people say, "work hard". There are plenty of people who work hard everyday. It's not just about working hard; it's about working hard with a purpose in mind. What are you striving for? Are you just wanting to get by or do you want more than what you have?
Everyday you must remind yourself of your purpose, your goal. Everyday you must work hard toward that goal.

Flexibility Training - Foam Rolling

Flexibility Training is the systematic integration of several stretching methods in order to increase an athlete's range of motion needed within a particular sport and daily activities.  The methods include:  corrective, active and functional flexibility.

Foam rolling is a form of correctional exercise that breaks down knots or adhesions (trigger points) that form within the muscle and that can reduce sports performance and increase risk of sports-related injury.  The benefits of foam rolling include injury prevention, increased range of motion, reduced pain, and increased strength.
