While they dont have phone support they answer emails quickly and will help you out with any troubles you have without delay. I have never been real big on listening to music while waiting on the phone anyways so for me there ticket system is perfect. Very good pings also to this host so google will love you.

phone number does not work and have been waiting for two days to talk to someone from customer service this is the longest jiffy of my life

Hi Andrew. I apologise that you're facing issues. As an ultra budget brand we don't actually offer telephone support and as such, I'm not sure what telephone number you're referring to? If you're able to access myZuver you can lodge a support ticket to our team for assistance. If you don't have access to myZuver you can email our Customer Care team (email@example.com) who will be able to assist you with gaining access to your myZuver account.

It is when something goes wrong that you need fast response and effective solutions. Zuver doesn't give this. The response times and service levels are very low. We will be moving away from them at the first opportunity.
