Females are 2-10 times more likely to tear their ACL than males. 20,000 - 80,000 high school female athletes experience an ACL injury each year. Finally, a resource dedicated to supporting the ACL warriors who fight back from their injury.

One of the best ways for your daughter to build confidence is to notice and give herself credit for her accomplishments...even something as small as waking up when the alarm goes off or showing up to practice 5 minutes early.
