The Old Testament book of Ruth is such wonderful story. While living in a foreign land, Naomi had lost two sons and returned with only her daughter in law Ruth and a heart of sorrow. "Do not call me Naomi, call me Mara (bitter)," she told her former neighbors, "for the Almighty has dealt very bitterly with me" (Ruth 1:20). When the discouraged Naomi saw God's hand in Ruth's life, she said "The Lord.... has not forsaken His kindness to the living and the dead!" (2:20).
Yet, what appeared to be a dead end had become a door way for both of these two women who had lost so much. Through this story I am reminded that God works in surprising ways to make His love known and to accomplish His purposes, even during difficult times. It teaches me to trust Him for what I can not see nor imagined of His purposes... He is the God of new beginnings, second changes, miracles and surprises!
In Pakistan a truck driver/owner usually pays $3,000 to $5,000 for their vehicle's external decoration. This decoration includes structural changes, paintings, calligraphy, ornamental decor and more. Mirror work on the front and back of vehicles and wooden carvings on the truck doors are commonly used. Usually, the driver or the owner takes the truck to a coach workshop soon after its purchase for this decoration. The artist embellishes each truck according to the particular tastes of the driver.
Nearly every city in Pakistan has a unique décor. Trucks from Balochistan and Peshawar are heavily trimmed with wood. Trucks from Rawalpindi and Islamabad have prominently featured plastic work. Camel bone ornamentation is commonly seen in trucks decorated by artists from Sindh. Thus these trucks are also representative of different historical and cultural regions of Pakistan.
Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. (Luke 10:19 NKJV)
Don't let the devil defeat you with his mind games. Making you doubt yourself and second guess your decisions. Slice him with your sword the Word of God (Ephesians 6:17). You are a winner! God created you to shine. You were created to do something on this earth no one else can do as well as you. Don't let the devil defeat you and prevent you from being who you were created to be. God loves you and so do I ❤️🙏😇
