Introduction
I love filmmaking, cinema, roller coasters, music and sports.

I run my own Website and YouTube channel called CZsWorld, where I write, direct and edit short horror or thriller films that come out once a month. I also write feature films as a freelance and edit films for myself and others. YES, I will write or edit your film. Business Inquiries? Email me. I do music videos as well.

I love most all kinds of films, but my favorites are horror, psychological, thriller and mystery. The more sick and twisted, the better. Want to see what I'm watching? I run a film blog on Letterboxd.

Every week I watch the Bears, and during college football season I cheer on the Northwestern Wildcats. I am a diehard Cubs fan, and enjoy watching the Bulls, Blackhawks and Wildfire (Ultimate). I also used to play Baseball, Soccer, Track, Football, Basketball and Ultimate Frisbee. I was the captain and co-founder of my high school Ultimate team.

My taste in music is vast and my library is huge. I typically stick to Punk and Metal, but I'm down to listen to any Rock, Classical / Score, Drum & Bass and some tasteful Electronic.

Want to know other stuff? Just ask.

The worst month of our lives was spend "living" here. This is quite literally the definition of a terrible apartment complex. The place is INFESTED with BEDBUGS, ROACHES, RATS and weird bugs that I can't even begin to explain. You will get bit every night if you stay here, which is why we spent the remainder of our lease in hotels. I have decided to provide some photos of the living conditions, bedbugs, and bed bug bites to supplement the review: https://goo.gl/photos/BXHVTFc8cUtc67oA7 But the real pests here are the staff. Once Laramar took over the building and started providing their own "manager", we were given no help whatsoever. The manager literally only shows up for about an hour on a couple days a week to meet with potential leasers. She is impossible to get a hold of when you need any of the dozens of issues these apartments have to be fixed. After completely ignoring all forms of contact, we waited outside her office for hours every day in order to finally talk to her, at which point we were lied to and disrespected by her. All I wanted was a safe place to sleep at night... The only thing worse than the lazy, incompetent, rude manager is the maintenance guy, who you have to nag at like a child for weeks in order to get him to show up. Once he shows up, he'll say, "I'll be right back", and never return. Aside from all of the doors and appliances being broken, he also refused to fix a growing leak in our ceiling, which eventually SEEPED THROUGH THE CEILING and destroyed all of our belongings below. Leaks are a common problem at "Terraces". There was a new leak just about every week. Just walk down any of the hallways and look at the ceiling. You can see that it's been patched in nearly every spot. On one occasion, feces was freely dripping from one of the pipes in the hall which maintenance couldn't be bothered to fix. The build quality of this place is just terrible. One night when our neighbors from upstairs dropped something heavy, an entire lighting fixture came crashing off of our ceiling. I am just thankful it didn't land on anyone, or they would have likely been killed. We were then told it couldn't be fixed because they had to trim the trees out front first. I guess looking good from the outside is more important to them than their residents. None of the "amenities" are any good, except for maybe the pool. The grill doesn't work, the gym is perpetually stuck at 86 degrees Fahrenheit (they won't bother to fix the AC) and the laundry is overpriced and the dryers don't work. You may be guaranteed gated parking, but don't be surprised when you end up with one of the un-gated spots or no spot at all. And this is NOT the kind of neighborhood you want to leave your car out in. Our next door neighbor had his apartment broken into. You can't go out at night without tripping over the hobos who sleep around the back entrance. Don't throw your trash in the dumpster because there's probably someone in there. This would bother me a lot less if they had any form of security. Unfortunately, the cameras are only setup to protect the greedy manager's office. Many of the doorknobs can be opened from a locked position with a firm wiggle. I don't suppose maintenance will ever get around to fixing that problem. What really crossed the line was when we asked for our unit to be treated for bedbugs. First they told us that it was impossible to have bedbugs, and ignored our request. So we brought a live bedbug in inside of a plastic bag. They agreed to treat the unit with a heat treatment, but it wouldn't be for a few days. We asked where we would be staying until then, and we were told to live in the unit with the bedbugs. They also said we had to have everything cleared out our apartment so that they could do the treatment, or we would be charged $200.00. They failed to show up on the day of the treatment four times in a row, lied to us, and blamed us. They still tried to charge us, despite upholding our end of the contract. We decided to leave the Terrorists on the Blvd. I do not recommend you go there.

Good for a cheap batting cage. Machines aren't always consistent and you have to pickup the balls on your own.

Overpriced, took way too long, then my steak was burnt but I didn't want to wait another hour so I choked it down. Another steak at my table was undercooked. No sides. Tons of obnoxious people at the bar.
