I should really start using G+ more, but it doesn't make sense to talk to thin air. I want to like Google's attempts at social media (and I do), but it just isn't really taking off. 😕

My name is Zach Laidlaw, and there's a good chance my smartphone will still be glued to my hand when the Apocalypse rolls around
Introduction
I am an English graduate from the University of Missouri, Columbia. I specialize in effective writing techniques, creative brainstorming and implementation of those ideas through writing, as well as verbal and written communications. Throughout my education, I have procured over ten years of writing experience, both in creative and formal outlets, and I have honed eight years of editing experience in similar fields. I am familiar with MLA and APA writing formats, as well as some HTML and Markdown techniques.Throughout my employment, I have held multiple supervising positions. During my most recent position, I was responsible for providing order and direction of daily retail store operations for twenty colleagues. This duty often accompanied a fast-paced environment within which I successfully maintained personal focus and composure while effectively tending to each detail of the store, including customer service, product placement, product replenishment, and marketing placement. Finally, I have been a proud electronics enthusiast for most of my life. This pride was conceived in the realm of Microsoft Windows desktops. I followed that with an interest in Apple's iOS. Shortly afterwards, I adopted Google's Android. Throughout the end of 2011 and into 2012, I was able to combine my extensive knowledge of the English language with my familiarity of technology by supplying 8daysageek.com with weekly reviews on numerous topics. As of mid 2013 to present, I contribute numerous editorials involving various technologies to my own blog, Pocket Pulse.

First and foremost, the living experience at the Greens, in terms of apartment and neighbor quality, was pleasing. Unfortunately, this peacefully enjoyable living area was reduced thanks to the general practices of the management company. The Green's staff is extremely nice and pleasant throughout the showing of apartments and during the actual signing of the lease. After obtaining residency, however, the staff treats most preceding interactions with tenants as if said tenants are nothing more than a burden. ATTENTION! Read the lease agreement carefully before signing, particularly with sections/paragraphs 22 and 23, as the Greens will attempt to take advantage of their customers in this instance: No matter how well you maintain your physical apartment during rental, and despite how well you clean it before your final exit, the Greens will never return your security deposit for the full amount. In my own case, the apartment was cleaner when I left it than the way I inherited it. The ONLY chance you have at having your full amount of money returned is if you demand the Greens give you a checklist of to-do's that will guarantee your full refund. The Greens will deny this list exists, but according to their owner, Lindsey Management, there IS a checklist that must be given to tenants upon request. If the Greens fails to comply, contact Lindsey Management immediately to file a complain. Best of luck to anyone who chooses to rent at the Greens in Columbia, Missouri.

Great food. Great manager. The biggest downfall is that the place is always too packed, so sometimes the service to clean tables and refill drinks lacks a bit. Otherwise, the lines always nice fast and the food is fantastic.

Love the patio in the summer. Decent drinks (great on specialty nights and HH). I dunno how the rest of the food is, but the toasted ravs were on par. Finally, central location!
