Barely a day goes by at ZUM without Erwin Park swinging into ZUM for a class. Whether it's K.O, crossfit, Playground Express or whatever happens to fit into his schedule he rarely skips a day, but it wasn't always that way.

For a long time, Erwin worked out on his own but found by joining classes and creating community, his workouts became more consistent and yielded better results.

It's pretty incredible to see someone who joined out of sheer convenience become such a great ZUM ambassador, so we wanted to learn more about Erwin and share his story as November's Member of the Month. Enjoy!

Brian's 8-Week Endurance Cycling Class, "Need for Speed" starts TOMORROW at 6:30 am.

Ride with Coach Brian 1x week (60-minute ride) – Fridays 6:30am
Post-Ride debrief to discuss your progress and plan for the following week
Weekly Riding Plans for outside of class
Pre-Test Time-Trial
Mid-Term Time-Trial
Final Exam Time-Trial


Brian’s workouts will be strength & cadence-based. The program is specifically designed to help you find your optimal cadence in order to produce greater power over time on the bike. All ability levels are welcome.

Have you met our newest Personal Fitness Coach Ta Wei Tsai?

Ta Wei's journey to a career in fitness has been a little unorthodox. As a life-time classical pianist, he was looking to rehabilitate himself after years of chronic arm, shoulder and neck pain. Combining fitness and studying the muscular system, he was able to retrain himself to play the piano pain-free and is now passionate about helping people find comfort and confidence in their own bodies.

Ta Wei will be training at ZUM weekday mornings from 6am - 9am. He emphasizes functional exercises with good form and strives to create an uplifting experience to brighten his client's day. If you're interested in training or haven't completed your free Baseline session, we would highly recommend connecting with Ta Wei now before his calendar fills up!
