What are your guilty pleasures?

We asked 51 people in the food and drink industry that very question.

One of our favorite answers was from Chef +Daniel Holzman of +The Meatball Shop in NYC, who said Keebler's Fudge Stripes "may actually be the single most delicious foodstuff ever created." And the most common answer? Chocolate, especially in the form of ice cream.

Lots of great choices, but I think I am in the camp of Chef Eric Ripert, Le Bernardin, NYC.

“This question is always interesting to me. I have no guilty pleasure. I eat whatever I want and when I want - whatever I eat, it’s pleasure, there’s no guilt!”
