Introduction

Touchpoints was founded in 2009 by consultants with a combined 60 plus years of HR, employee benefit communication, organizational development and change management experience.  

We help our business clients take complex ideas, messages and programs, and make them easy to understand. We deliver sustainable, targeted, results-oriented communication to:

During a recent benefits enrollment campaign, Touchpoints exceeded a client’s online enrollment goal by 33%. Another client said, “We would not change a thing about the final product.” And during another client’s first active benefits enrollment in several years, over 97% of employees enrolled before the deadline.
