Baah! Nothing sheepish about this Lamb Rack with Herbs. For a lazy Sunday meal, prepare it in just 10 minutes (or marinate over night if you have the time) and serve with roasted root vegetables and potatoes. Lamb is a great source of quality protein and Vitamin B12 – important for our nervous system, cell formation and for growing kids.
