>>> Jordan Peterson, Free Speech & YES <<<

Happy New Year‼ Welcome to 2018 ☺ What are some key years you can think of? 1984 (George Orwell - hero of anti-totalitarianism), 2001 (9/11) or 1961 (same upside-down) maybe?

Jordan Peterson is a Professor of Psychology at the University of Toronto. He opposes PC insanity and is a free speech advocate. Peterson discusses scientists misreading worldviews, hierarchies, subjectivity, Deep Darwinism, truth as action, evolutionary roots of western civilization, morality, deep time, metaphysics and expanding evolution in this talk:
https://jordanbpeterson.com/2016/12/episode-4/

We fly against mainstream academia and say Deep Time is a myth. YES Virginia, there is evidence from geology, biology, philosophy and history for a youthful world (Santa anyone?):

Our book YES - Young Earth Science makes this amazing case:

We are thankful for the First Amendment and our right to free speech as we argue against Old Earth Fallacies (OEF). Will George Orwell's distopia (1984) become a part of future history? We hope not.

Who controls the past controls the future. Who controls the present controls the past.
- George Orwell (1984)

If you want a picture of the future, imagine a boot stamping on a human face - forever.
- George Orwell (1984)

The Party seeks power entirely for its own sake. We are not interested in the good of others; we are interested solely in power, pure power. ... We know that no one ever seizes power with the intention of relinquishing it. Power is not a means; it is an end. One does not establish a dictatorship in order to safeguard a revolution; one makes the revolution in order to establish the dictatorship.
- George Orwell (1984)

What is special about 2018? 2018 equals double 1009 and that number is in fact the third "pseudosquare" !

>>> 500 Years of the Reformation (What Do You Know About Luther?) <<<
On yesterday we celebrated the beginning of the Reformation when Martin Luther posted his 95 Theses on the Wittenberg church door. He was baptized when he was one day old on the feast day of St. Martin of Tours (d. 397 AD) and so was named Martin.

St. Martin actually met Caesar Julian (Julian the Apostate) while in the Roman army. Martin refused to fight and told the emperor "I am the soldier of Christ: it is not lawful for me to fight." He was charged with cowardice and jailed, but later was released. Where did this happen? In Worms, Germany. Another Martin opposed authority boldly with gospel truth in Worms. Even Another Martin Luther spoke Truth to Power on August 28th 1963.

The Renaissance, printing and nationalism all helped make way for the Reformation. The end of the Little Ice Age helped spread Luther's views to Northern Europe.

What are some of the consequences of the Reformation? The Pilgrims and Puritans came to America in search of freedom for their faith. Methodists John Wesley and George Whitefield (d. 1770) had a tremendous impact on the spiritual health of our nation. Thus, 1517 let to 1776 and the Constitution. In 1904, the German sociologist Max Weber wrote The Protestant Ethic and the Spirit of Capitalism arguing that hard work and saving your money has a Reformed heritage.

A number of academics have made the argument that the Reformation gave impetus to modern science. Reijer Hooykaas, who wrote Religion and the Rise of Modern Science, said this:

"Modern science arose when the consequences of the biblical conception of reality were fully accepted. In the 16th and 17th centuries science was led out of the blind alley into which it had got through the philosophy of Antiquity and the Middle Ages. New horizons were opened. The picture of the world as an organism was replaced by that of the world as a mechanism. It is not generated but made; it is not self-supporting, but it needs maintenance."

Speaking of science, what did the reformers think of the age of the earth? Luther held that this planet was around six millennia old. Hugh Latimer (d. 1555) was martyred by fire for his Reformed faith along with Nicholas Ridley. Latimer famously told Ridley “we shall this day light such a candle, by God’s grace, in England as I trust shall never be put out.” Latimer said that "all learned men" accepted a young earth of around 6,000 years. [1] John Calvin said that "... the duration of the world, now declining to its ultimate end, has not yet attained six thousand years." [2]

>> Forget the Fake History, just say "YES" <<
How do people miss the connection between Young Earth Science (YES) and History? History, as verified by king lists, only goes back to around 2500 BC. Recently, a Trump adviser suggested that human history started about 3500 BC:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Afk2ZST4j_o
Gilgamesh was the fifth king of Uruk (Iraq) and supposedly ruled around 2500 BC. He went on a trek to find Utnapishtim who survived a global catastrophe. Gilgamesh is widely regarded as a real historical figure. If there really was a Global Flood, the geologic timescale must be collapsed. In line with this thinking, the Sumerian King List actually gives us a way to date the time before the cataclysm described in the Epic of Gilgamesh. If we translate this king list from base-60 to base-10 (decimal) then we get about 6K years before the Flood.
So now we see the connection between history and a young earth. To learn more be sure to get your copy of our book YES - Young Earth Science today:

>>> The Evolution of Evolution (Part 1) <<<
In President Donald J. Trump's inaugural address he said this:

And whether a child is born in the urban sprawl of Detroit or the wind-
swept plains of Nebraska, they look up at the same night sky, they will
their heart with the same dreams, and they are infused with the breath of
life by the same Almighty Creator. (1-20-17)

President-elect Donald Trump said he will be the “greatest jobs producer that God ever created” in a recent press conference (1-11-17). Does the Donald Deny Darwin?

If the earth is young, then Darwinism must be a distant memory. How does radiometric dating work? If certain fundamental constants of physics have varied, could this alter radiometric decay rates? What about the sun? Is this planet really 4.5 billion years old? What is the significance of the human footprints discovered by Mary Leakey in Africa in 1976? Does history, geology and biology support Young Earth Science (YES)?

>> Speaking Of YES (SOY) <<
Were you aware that Charles Dawson was proven to be the man behind
the Piltdown hoax?

How old is the earth and why does it matter? If only we could go back in time to answer this question. If we could see the past we could find out how old our planet is. What lines of evidence support a youthful planet? Most historical records, based on king lists, only go back to around 2500 BC.

>> Russians who Fight the Darwinian Monopoly <<
In 2007, a Russian opinion study found that 30% agree that the first human beings were living in the same era as dinosaurs:
http://youngearthscienceblog.blogspot.com/2014/10/yes-worldwide-turns-tide.html
This clearly runs counter to the evolutionary establishment. In fact, Darwin doubters have a long history in Russia.

Karl Ernst von Baer (d. 1876) was an Estonian scientist and explorer. He was a naturalist, biologist, geologist, meteorologist, geographer, and a founding father of embryology. In addition, von Baer was a member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, a co-founder of the Russian Geographical Society, and the first president of the Russian Entomological Society. Interestingly, Karl von Baer opposed Darwin's theory. [1]

Geologist G. P. Helmersen followed von Baer's example. F. J. Ruprecht, who held the chair of botany in the St. Petersburg Academy of Sciences rejected Darwinism as well.

The First Congress of Russian Naturalists and Physicians met in St. Petersburg in 1867. At this conference, in a paper on the sea cow, Johann Friedrich von Brandt denied evolution and supported biological essentialism. [2] He was the director of the Zoological Museum of the St. Petersburg Academy of Sciences; von Brandt was also a paleontologist and entomologist.

What about modern Russian* scientists? A number of Russian researchers agree with this statement: “We are skeptical of claims for the ability of random mutation and natural selection to account for the complexity of life." See the attached graphic for the names of these brave souls.
