Get to know me a little better with these 11 #books that I always keep in the kitchen.  My favorite is No. 5. >> http://buff.ly/1lAsw7Y
I love books.  I love reading them, owning them and collecting them.  I think this is why I have a hard time embracing the dawn of the eBook.  A house lined with Kindles and iPads create the same image in my mind as a home lined from ceiling to floor with books.  I can lose [...]

Super friendly staff. Valet parking will add $18 a night to your stay but I booked on priceline and paid a third of the published rate. The only thing missing is a pool. Rooms are delightful, especially if you get a city view. Staff are awesome! Will stay again.

If you are going to purchase a car from this dealership, make sure you speak to Tim, he is king-of-cars and will go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. He was patient with me, had answers to all the questions, and I left a proud owner of a beautiful car. Unfortunately, my experience with the business office was not as smooth, the business team could use some customer service training, and personally I would prefer to work with one rep from start to finish, but that's not how it's done. I did feel that the business team were more interested in completing paperwork than satisfying my needs as a customer. If I can, I will buy every car from Tim - Carmax, keep this guy and I am your customer for life.

It's true, you get what you pay for. When I picked up my dog after he was groomed, the cut was uneven and choppy. Within a day, the dog started itching and within a week or two, his skin was red and irritated. We took the dog to the vet who could see no reason for the symptoms other than the possibility that the shampoo had not been rinsed out and the residue was irritating our dog's skin. With this information, I called Bark & Bake & Bath and felt interrogated. They asked for my vet's name and number, and told me they would call me back. Within ten minutes, my wife got a call from a lawyer representing the company (it turns out he is co-owner) claiming we had no proof that they were at fault and "there's no pleasing people like us that just need to complain all the time". My wife explained that we were just asking them to complete the job they started, but after being spoken to in this manner we would go elsewhere and be sure to share our experience with friends and family. She was told that they "didn't need customers like us" and if we were to share our experience that we would be sued for libel. I'm disgusted with the way this company conducts their business and am appalled that they would take such poor care of an animal, and attack us rather than offering a solution.

Staff are rude and rule on to themselves. Lacks management therefore staff can do what they want. (Each stylist is self-employed and rents venue space) If you're an established customer, perhaps you have a better experience, but Integrite want to embellish their false sense of elitism and are happy to turn away new customers that don't fit the image they wish to serve. No customer service. Without question, the most disappointing business I have interacted with in Kansas City.

One of my favorite places to eat, the decor is unique and welcoming, and the staff are always a delight. The menu is well thought out and the food tastes home cooked. You will leave satisfied without a huge price attached. Very reasonable by LA standards.
