Mrs Ines Stephan and Mr Perumal Koshy, the co-founders of YwP (Yoga with Perumal) are offering yoga retreats, group and private classes in Marrakech and on a global scale yoga video courses online.

Mr Perumal Koshy, born in India, has been instructing for over two decades across America, Europe, India and Morocco. At 13 years of age he began his teaching career. A path that lead him to develop Dynamic Progressive Fusion Yoga. Perumal’s yoga classes are adjusted to the physical abilities of the individual. The practice is built on a 6 parts underlying foundation (pranayama, preparatory, salutation, strength, stretching and meditation) to feel refreshed, relaxed and simultaneously energized. A progressive approach will allow the student to achieve the right state of flow in order to improve mobility, breathing and circulation while strengthening muscles, tendons and ligaments, leading to genuine mental and physical wellbeing.
