I'll never order from here again. First time we ordered pickup , I was disappointed in the garlic knotts. Compared to other YNot locations, I would rate these a 4 out of 10. Being as I only ordered two things & the other was chicken fingers for my daughter, I figured it was just a bad night and our order was neglected by teenagers. So a week later we ordered a buffalo pizza that had obviously been dropped, bruschetta that was wet bread on lettuce (and only appealing to my daughter because it was nice and thick), garlic knotts that were again dry, and some tasty chicken fingers. I don't understand how chicken fingers are the only thing this place is doing right. The location on Great Neck is fantastic. Seriously, two stars. One for the yummy marinara dipping sauce & a second for the chicken fingers. So very disappointing.

Wait staff great! 5 star service! Food wasn't bad. Portions are great for the price. Pizza was great. As was the sausage sub. I was too full to try the deserts, but they looked delicious! Fun, inexpensive place and you get your money's worth.

Stopped by for lunch. I ordered a small garden salad while the hubby ordered a sausage and pepper sandwich. His sandwich was good while I can't say the same for my salad. Mostly iceberg lettuce. I like a salad with different types of lettuce and other veggies. The lettuce was brown and not fresh at all. Very disappointing for a restaurant with such positive reviews. The garlic knots were just ok. Have had much better elsewhere.

Hi Gloria. Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. It's unfortunate to hear you and your husband had a less than stellar experience with our Ynot Chop salads. Our store owner would like to hear more about your unique experience so as to work towards a resolution. Thank you again for leaving your feedback! - The Ynot Italian Team

From out of town and recommended by a friend. The lasagna was so good I actually went there two days in a row to get it. Very moist, not hard and dry like lasagna often is. Instead of a Mariana sauce that is thick and pasty, the sauce is thinner, lighter and fresher.

Returning two days in a row for a favorite dish is one of the finest compliments a chef can get! Thank you for the high praise, for appreciating our family recipe, and for sharing your experience! Looking forward to seeing you again the next time you are in the area!

Really dissapointed... First off, I ordered really late, and I felt bad for that, but it was the only place open and I just got back into town. The driver commented on that, and said to remember they were about to close when i tipped... RUDE!!! you dont talk to a customer like that at all.. thats disgusting. Hopefully he was kidding. Also, this pasta does not taste good.. my shrimp werent cooked all the way, and my pasta does not taste right. It feels like they hurried when they cooked so they could get out, and that makes me even more mad at this place. I am so dissapointed... I love ordering here, but for a while i will be taking my business elsewhere

We are so sorry your late night delivery was a disappointment. When you get home late, some great takeout can really take the edge off, but when it falls flat (and the driver makes a questionable attempt at humor), you end up feeling worse - and that is the last thing we would ever what for you. We want our Italian dishes to be a treat and something you can count on to make you feel good! We hope this one misfire does not keep you away to long. We miss you and look forward to impressing and delighting you the next time you are ready to give us the chance.

We love Ynot pizza and go there quite often the service is usually friendly, fast, food fresh hot and delicious, perfect. We usually go to the one on Colley Ave but last around 8:45 we decided to go to the one on Volvo parkway. When we first got there the hostess says to us hi how can I help you, usually the hostess greets and then says something along those lines and says something like how many. But how can I help you? Obviously Id like to be seated and there are 2 of us, thanks. I let that go. Long story short the waitress was not attentive, and it took unnecessarily long for our food to arrive, my food was good but the other meal was not and when we wanted to see the waitress to exchange the soaked soggy sub roll for a non soggy sub roll it took forever for our waitress to come back. I understand if they were busy but they restaurant was not busy, everyone just seemed to be standing around shooting the breeze. We will not be going back to that Ynot.

Great beer. A bit overpriced and the good quality doesn't exactly pair well with pricing. I'm looking at 26 taps at the moment on a variety of craft brew. All is well.

Staff is friendly. Pizza is ok, nothing to write home about. I feel the pizza is over priced. Its easy to spend $50 on two pizzas that are just average.

Geoffrey - Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. Information like this helps guide our decisions about how to make things better going forward. We take pride in our dough and sauces which we make daily in each of our stores. Of course, we will also gladly forward your compliments about your service to our servers and staff, as well!
