Yep I entered to win an iPad. The actual app Encrypto is simple to use. Even someone that has no clue can easily understand how to use it. I still prefer GnuPG / GPG / OpenPGP myself but I could see myself using this with some family members if needed.

Humm...
It's not just that Cheney is cartoonishly evil, it's that he's monstrously incompetent; in fact, his monstrous incompetence is a large part of why he's so cartoonishly evil.

Recently talked at CoreOS Fest 2015
CoreOS Fleet and Etcd provide a simple and eloquent framework for application clusters to both auto-configure and recover from node failure. Galera Cluster is a multi-master, open solution for clustering MySQL. Mix the two, sprinkle in a bit of “glue” and you have a Docker based MySQL cluster that will react automatically to container failure. This presentation will cover the nuts and bolts of automating a Galera Cluster, built from Docker Images...

No matter what we do to make out networks better, we make them worse.

WTF?!?!? This shit is scary. There are horns being blown at the during the clapping. Like the kind one hears at a soccer game. Oh and this religious stuff over science needs to stop.

+Erica Kibbe There's also a lot of nobility in the actions of some of those original white guys.

Also, while I agree there's some factual inaccuracies, it's also true that many people grossly misstate the religion of the "Founding Fathers" in the other direction, saying, for example, "most of them were Deists."  Not remotely.  Most of them were just plain old Protestants and Unitarians, and by today's standards even, fairly orthodox.

There were few Deists, although they were prominent: Franklin (for a time), Jefferson, Paine.  Washington is often identified as Deist, but one of the central tenets of Deism is a belief that God isn't active in our lives, and Washington very clearly believed otherwise, making regular references to "Providence."

So I think her views of the Founders were closer to what I often here from the "other side."

Anyway, the reason I couldn't get through it was the drama.  I cannot stand presentations like that, even if I agree with everything being said.

I personally don't see the need to carry an AR-15 on my back but thats just me. I think the second cop should have reacted differently. That being said I don't know all the facts. Was the officer dispatched to the scene or just driving by?  I don't think the two videos are in the same state or town but honestly that shouldn't matter. I would love to know what happened after the camera stopped rolling.

I wasn't wearing it, but I was in a parking lot (at a gun range) and I whipped out my AR from the back of the truck to show it to a friend, a few days ago.  A lot of this has to do with where you are, and how you appear (how you are dressed, how you carry yourself, etc.), much more than skin color.

So the black guy is in what appears to be a worse part of some town, he's carrying the gun on his side instead of on his back, it's a completely different law enforcement agency ... the comparison is not a very good one to draw racial conclusions from.  I have no reason to think these deputies in the second video would have reacted any differently for a white guy, or that the cop in the first video would've reacted differently for a black guy.

I am not justifying the cop's actions against the black individual; he is wrong on the law, and he is clearly escalating a situation unreasonably even if the carrying of the AR were illegal: if he had come out of his car with his gun at his side and waited until the individual tried to raise his gun before pointing his own gun, nothing would've happened.  But the two situations are not the same, and cannot be used to draw comparisons like that.

(The black individual was also far stupider, because he put his pregnant wife at risk to make a point.)

So what is up with Texas lately?

"The Endlessly Recurring 'FEMA Railcars With Shackles' Story" http://crooksandliars.com/2015/05/endlessly-recurring-fema-railcars-shackles #politics #feedly
Are we still talking about the Obama administration's evil plan to put Texas under martial law by means of the Jade Helm 15 military exercise?

Submarines are a lot like Batman, they are covered in rubber and are great fighters, but they are gadget toting stealth detectives at their core. Of the Navy’s sub force, there is no boat more capable at sleuthing under the high seas than the heavily modified Seawolf Class submarine, the USS Jimmy Carter SSN-23.

Authorities ;say no charges will be filed against an Uber driver who shot and wounded a gunman who opened fire on a crowd of people in Logan Square over the weekend.

Great place to go shooting on the weekend with friends. It can get a little busy but the folks are very friendly. The range masters take safety seriously.

I recently attended a full day class for Utah, Arizona, and Oregon non-resident carry permit. Pros: JB is an excellent instructor that takes his time and willing to address every question students asked. That did make class run a little longer than planned but I would not have changed it. The students appreciated his willingness to engage with them on their individual concerns. If you don't have your WA CCP you can still take the class. You will have 365 days to get your paperwork in to Utah, Arizona, and Oregon Cons: When I originally signed up I miss understood that I still would have to pay for the individual permit fees. You don't need to bring the fee money to class. You will be given envelopes, certifications of completions, application forms, and fingerprint cards to mail in at your convenience. Oregon requires you to schedule an appointment with a Sheriff in Oregon (which Sheriff is provided by the class) so plan for a road trip.

Last weekend I drove from Seattle to Enumclaw ( about an hour drive) only to arrive a minutes before closing. The door was locked. I was about to turn around when Kael Johnston, a sales manager unlocked the door. Kael took his time and showed me around. He knows his safes! I spent nearly an hour with him looking at the different models. Actually seeing and touching the build quality between models and brands can not be underrated. I'm glad I made the trip to NW Safe. So happy I left purchasing a safe that I would not have even know about. I saved some money with out sacrificing security. If your looking for a gun safe check them out.
