My pal Jonathan let me take shots of him a few weeks ago and I'm barely getting to the pix. :) This was just a fun shoot with a few shots. But here's one I ended up really really liking. Feel free to critique.

I used to do wedding in the Film days, and B&W was harder then.  Now a days it's not to bad to post process.  In digital format I like to make it pop.  That means playing with contrast and light balance.  For me this is way too dark, it feels like you're playing it safe.

I love this song! I love that they made a video dedicated to Ktown! Showing all that growth and change within the last 13 years. And all those familiar faces!
Tokimonsta, Parker, Ben Baller.... Etc.

Too many haters missing the point of this video.

So my classmate Dustin asked me to be his model (last minute needed someone) for his portrait assignment in photo film class last semester. I finally scanned the shot. feel free to critique it although i didn't take the pic.

I'm not necessarily happy with the pic but this is me... in film. LOL my hair is so insanely long here.

i feel like the shot is flat and totally unflattering. but whatever. it's the first time i've been in front of the camera in a studio setting in 10 years.

Introduction
My typical day consists of the following: wake up, write something groggy. Shower. Write something clean. Get ready for work. Write something defiant. Go to work. Write mass amounts of excitement to balance the boredom within my cubicle. Go home. Write something witty. Game. Write something gamey. Get ready for bed. Write something Consclusive. Fall asleep. Dream of writing something EPIC.

Now throw in a love of photography and pickles and you've got me in a a nutshell. a very large roomy fully furnished nutshell. That's it! I'm moving to Ikea.

First of all, I say $15 per person ON THE HIGH END! the specials there are insanely cheap for the fantastic food and show you get! Our chef was Brandon and holy crap he was amazing! I went with the chicken Yakisoba and really regret not getting the scallops shrimp steak and fillet mignon because everything looked sooo good. My bestie got steak cooked medium. my chicken was fantastic his steak was fantastic and I kept trying not to drool on the guy next to me who got lobster! This is a fantastic date night restaurant and good for the family too. with the current special and our two plates, I paid $14 minus tip. that's the cheapest I've ever seen for in yo face style yakisoba!

Great service dept, horrible car rental customer care. Let me tell you about my experience and valley hi toyota. The service department not only found a reoccurring issue that 4 other dealerships could not, but fixed it. Warranty supplied me a rental car. Sadly, Valerie in the rental office was seriously one of the most cold, apathetic, slightly rude customer service experiences I've had. She first told Frank the awesome service advisor that she had no cars. He pressed her and she admitted they were all dirty but there. I asked her how long it would take to clean it. "the back seat isn't vacuumed out and it looks like the last person who had it was a gardener. About 10 minutes." "great. I'll wait." she the harrumphed and proceeded to ignore me for 5 minutes only to stop and demand my phone number. The other girl I. The office sighed as she watched the whole scene. Valerie then handed me the rental papers to sign and when I explain I wanted to see the car first before I signed for lack of damage, she rolled her eyes and pointed behind her " it's around back in the last stall." i stared at her in shock. I had to ask her to even clarify the model of the car! I got back there and quickly realized by stall, she meant parking space. I understand it's 100 degrees outside but Damn! If your customers want to see the rental first you should walk out and show them! Subsequently I got a completely different car from my own and no inservice on how the vehicle functions. Complete lack of customer care has soured my otherwise great experience at this dealership. I'm giving a 1 only because Frank was amazingly kind and helpful.

I've been with Caliber for over a month now and absolutely love this place! Everything from the high tech machines to the high level of cleanliness! They have spacious showers, tanning, friendly knowledgable staff, pilates and zumba! Plus, being a big girl with a serious plan to change that, I feel no pressure or discomfort from the other members around me. I love my new gym!

Here's the nitty gritty: The service is fantastic even on days when they're slammed. The food is always fresh which is extremely important! The alcohol is just the right amount of strong! The staff is honest when you ask them their opinion regarding an item on the menu and they have chosen to stop allowing anyone under the age of drinking consent to sit in the bar area! I've been here so many times the serving staff knows us and we have our favorite servers. I've done everything from small 2 person parties for lunch to giant 20 person parties for well... parties and never are we ever left in the dust waiting for anything! This place is legit when it comes to BOTTOMLESS DRINKS! Unlike the apple valley location where i sat for over a half hour without any acknowledgement from the wait staff. The mariposa location will always be my red robin's choice because they respect their customers.
