This is a lovely store with some beautiful yarn selections. I came in looking for a Swift, a Ball Winder, and to look at some yarn for a new project. They ordered the Swift for me, and I got some gorgeous yarn to make 2 socks at a time, new needle, some books, and a good Ball Winder. The staff was very friendly, she told me about their knitting group that meets on Monday evenings. And because I didn't have my new swift yet, she wound my new yarn into balls for me in the store. I will definitely be coming back.

I sought out this store because I was weary of the poor attitudes of the sales people at Needle Nook across town. I have been to this family owned store twice and been treated very well each time. The mom is lots of fun and the yarns are beautiful. I will continue to patronize Yarning for Ewe because I feel welcome there.

What makes this yarn store is the family that owns it. The mother and daughter are avid knitters and are both incredibly knowledgable. They don't have a tremendous selection of yarns but are happy to order whatever you want. I dropped a pretty penny on an impulse purchase of a circular needle set. It's divine. The shop also offers classes and parking is right out front. #Atlanta #Knit
