Perfect day for a unique Yardbird cocktail! Left to right:

PEARL STREET FLOWER – fresh muddled strawberries, fresh mint, agave nectar, lime juice, st germain, vodka, topped with champagne

SPICY CUCUMBER – fresh muddled cucumber and jalapeños, jalapeños infused sugar cane syrup, st germain, your choice of liquor, topped with soda

COLORADO SOUR – fresh lemon juice, ginger infused sugarcane syrup, rye whiskey, peach bitters, topped with a red wine floater

DURANGO LEMONADE – fresh squeezed lemonade, rye whiskey and basil infused sugar cane syrup

In support of today’s “Day Without Immigrants” protest we are open, and donating a portion of sales to local immigrant advocacy groups. We don’t like to mix pleasure and politics, but as a restaurant we understand the importance of our immigrant community and stand in solidarity with our staff who chose to work today. Our immigrant community is scared, rumors of raids, people being torn from their lives, homes and families. It’s easy to share things on social media, react, then scroll to the next post. It’s different when you work alongside people who have become friends and family, and see how things affect their lives. We stand in support of our immigrant community, and thank you for your understanding.
