We've all heard the debate about increasing the minimum wage, but what about imposing a maximum wage cap on salaries? The argument for the little-discussed idea may surprise you.

The debate about rising economic inequality that's been building since the financial crisis of 2008 has approached a boiling point in recent weeks thanks to the publication in English of French economist Thomas Piketty's Capital in the Twenty-First Century. The book has already received a rave review by Paul Krugman in the New York Review of Books (headlined "Why We're in a New Gilded Age"), and has been the focus of a cover story in The Nation a...

There a salary cap in most US sports for a reason. This idea probably has some merit.

what a great way to show the USA that you support us. spray your citizens with water 1 week before the "president" of the "usa" comes to your country.  If I were president of the usa and I saw this picture I would be on the phone with the ruler of that country telling him that I will not arrive until a worldwide public apology is made to the citizens of that country.

Ask for a tour of Dee Williams' house, and it won't take long. The 84-square-foot space is no bigger than a parking spot. There's no running water, no Wi-Fi, the fridge is a cooler, and the toilet is compostable. But it's exactly the home she wants to live in.

Hector Montoya of Grand Prairie, Texas, spent the past few years saving his allowance and birthday money. After accumulating $305, he decided he would purchase the $400 Playstation. However, in late January, while watching the news, he learned about a mother and son who had died in an accident -- and now he's spending the money on something few might expect.

Fans are not happy with international pop star Shakira today. On last night's "The Voice," many took exception to Shakira's obvious lip-syncing during a performance of her hit song "Empire." Some were also upset over her racy lingerie outfit.

Ever since suffering through Mother Nature's first drought, humans have wanted to control the weather. It might soon be possible, if researchers are successful in developing a high-energy laser that could, in theory, induce rain or lightning when pointed at clouds. #Weather #Laser by +Dylan Stableford

+Joshua The medic It's just my hypothesis. Saw disturbing videos, including in my country. I know it's happening, but I never heard it. It makes you more curious.
The harmonics of the sound are like a low frequency horn trumpet sound, like a giant one. It came from everywhere, you cannot pinpoint the source, but I saw an special interestingly footage from Mexico (as always a hot spot) and there was a disc shaped UFO hovering in plane daylight over the city while the sounds shook the neighborhood.
Hear some Shofar Sounds at youtube and than you will see.
There are many more signs, including just before the beginning of the phenomena, a Crop Circle appeared in England, a very funny one. It depicted an pipe smoker hippie alien! see "ALIEN PIPE CROPCIRCLE"
Just first impression. Months after, the sounds started all around, and than, we realized that the agroglyph could be read in both perspectives: ASPIRING the smoke to give the idea of 60"s revolution OR blowing the pipe, and the pipe has, EXACTLY, the shape of a SHOFAR. The smoke twists to sound waves.
And you know, we're talking here UFO's and the BIBLE.
