This place is extremely organized is the first thing I need to say. They have everything. Take a bike to the top to ride the lazy river down or snorkel, they have a spot to put all your belongings into a locked bag that they transfer down for you so that you can have everything once you get to the bottom of the river. Food was great. The water wasn't as clear as we thought it would be but it was still a nice to snorkel around a little. They also had cliff jumping ~20 feet high, zip lining into the water and rope climbing. The cave itself was a little disappointing. Nothing to see there other than a bunch of people crammed together in one spot. Most of the other attractions required you to pay for them which I recommend doing at least one of them. They also have cameras and cameramen placed all over the park to take your picture using your wristband which is very convenient.

This park was enjoyable, but it isn't someplace I would go again. It has multiple water activities for children of all ages. My husband and I went by ourselves to snorkel. They do have snorkeling at this park, but it is more directed towards kids. The park was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. This is a great place to visit if you have kids with you, but if looking to snorkel or an excursion that is adult oriented I would choose another tour.

Great park. A few things to note about safety. Wear some sort of shoes because of slippery steps/rocks and sharp rocks on the river bed. I saw several people wipe out on the slippery surfaces. (Rocks and wooden steps) Staff are friendly but are more focused on their jobs. Don't expect Disney level service and you won't be disappointed. And in typical Mexican fashion 1/3 of the activities are additional costs. $59 for boat ride, $35 for zip bike)

Had a blast at this place. They off an all inclusive day full of casual snorkeling, but the cenotes were cool and the river float was a neat experience. If you're looking for hard core snorkeling this wouldn't be the right place to go. However if you are looking to spend the day hanging out with your family, in and around the water I highly recommend this place! My dad and I did some cliff jumping and played in the ropes course for quite some time my mom and sister are less adventurous but we couldn't get them out of the water either! Great atmosphere and food. They have a lot of things that you can enjoy for a price like the fish pedicure, biking on a line through the jungle and more! Can't wait to go back!!!

Had a great time here did lots of swimming and snorkeling. Floating around on tubes was fun also. Cliff jumping was a fun yet scary experience for me took a bit of edging on from my cousin but when I finally did it it was fun. The zip lines into the water were also fun and the food at the restaurant was good. Had a fun day overall.

Was a very fun and exiting experience for all the family to enjoy. I recommend the zip-bike. Also you can snorkel through the river. Important: Bring a at least 5ATM waterproof camera because it can cost hundreds of dollars to buy the pictures taken at the place. PS: it is recommended that you can swim without problems.

Really fun place to spend a day! We did the half day tour (6 hours) and we didn't make it through everything we wanted to. Lots of swimming, snorkeling, and walking through the jungle. The ziplines were fun, but small and short. There were lots of activities, but many of the activities required an extra charge. There is definitely a lot to do there, but the really adventurous things were extra unfortunately. Would definitely do it again though!
