Top 10 Reasons Why Most Real Estate Agents Fail
The percentage of real estate agents who fail to make it in the business within the first 5 years is greater than 85%.

This is an extreme statistic and there is no reason that nearly 9 out of the next 10 newly licensed agents will be out of the business in the next 5 years!

Recently I had an unsuccessful deal that fell through, mainly because the buyers agent was very difficult to work with. This agent certainly didn't do any justice for the buyer!

Over on +Rochester's Real Estate Blog you're going to find out what the top 10 reasons are as to why most real estate agents fail to make it in the business! There is also some advice on how to overcome these 10 reasons too!
