Patent Bar Course Comparison:  Which is the "best?"

See the results, breakdown, passing rates (if they were even published) here!

Just found this review of our #patentbar  program online!

"I passed after the changes implemented. I used Wysebridge for studying and I liked it, primarily because I was on a budget. It actually does provide a lot of bang for your buck. I read and re-read the pro-chapter summaries and did the frequently asked questions until i knew the concepts behind each question—this involved a lot of practice tests. All in all I did probably end up studying for more than 150 hours. I highly recommend it to anyone considering buying a program."

1) exceptional pass rates (85% first time test takers)
2) Outstanding user feedback and satisfaction

we'd say #wysebridge  Patent Bar Review is at the tops!

Love this kind of news!
More Great News from a NEW Wysebridge Alum:

"I have to tell you, among all the materials I purchased and studied, your compilation of past exams helped me the most.  I studied PLI's manual thoroughly three times and PGR's twice completely.  None of those things really helped in terms of getting a passing grade.  While their materials cover the main points of MPEP, the actual exam tested more minute details of the laws and regulations and in the end, regardless how well versed I was with their materials, I never passed.

What make Wysebridge Different?  For me...I practiced the questions that Wyserbridge compiled, and I did them over... and over again.  After I did them three times, I found myself becoming very familiar with the details of the MPEP and could even rule out some incorrect answers to reach the right one (even when I was not too sure about the right choice).  Combining this with the targeted reviews and materials provided by Wysebridge...was perfect.

So ... in the end, Wysebridge gave me the biggest push in passing the Patent Bar Exam.  Not only this, but they were the most personal, and helpful to me as an individual, and continue to help me in my career.

My advice to the future test taker:  Get Wysebridge.  Do the questions Wysebridge compiled for you and save yourself tons of money and unnecessary heartbreaks.

Well, you’re probably aware of the latest from the USPTO about the Redskins “issue” and the decision to “Cancel” the Redskins TM (in the 2-to-1 decision, Blackhorse v. Pro Football, Inc. (USPTO TTAB June 18, 2014).

What do you think?

The Redskins are still free to use those marks, and could even potentially sue over any unauthorized use of the marks by others; but now (if the proceedings hold) they won’t get any special protections over such uses by anyone else that are offered by statutory registration.
