Nice room and clean, fresh looking buildings. Unfortunately if you're in one of the higher numbered buildings there is no easy access to the pool or the breakfast area. Also upon arriving one of our toilets was leaking all over the floor, maintenance didn't come by to repair the leak until 10pm, almost 7 hours after we called to report the problem.

It is very close to all the parks. You do have to drive though. They offer a shuttle, but it is very limited and not convenient. The rooms are very large, comfortable and the kitchen is nice. I would like to see a few more towels and maybe a broom for no extra charge. The pool is beautiful, and the staff very friendly and helpful. A must to stay if coming down here, even for just a couple days. I would totally come back.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. We greatly appreciate the five star review and your feedback. We are happy to see you took an advantage of the shuttle, enjoyed the rooms, pool and service. We have taken your feedback about the broom and towels to pass along to our team. We hope to see you back soon!

Affordable LUXURY but NOISY and surprise CLEANING FEES! This resort offers luxurious, large rooms with comfortable bedding and ok equipped kitchen. The grounds are well kept, with crews of gardeners blowing and taking care of the grounds daily, and there is a pool and very large hot whirlpool, with free and available beach towels, open until 23h:00 every day, a bonus when coming in late from the parks. You don't get shampoo in the bathrooms (only conditioner?) and the kitchens could use a few more utensils and oven mitts but, as with anything in life, if you don't ask, you don't get. And when you ask at this resort, you WILL get sooner or later depending on how busy the staff is. One evening, I asked for a cookie sheet and a spatula, and got it after an hour. One morning at 7AM, I asked for a large pot and got it, and I kid you not, within 5 minutes at my room door mint in box. Another morning, I contacted the front desk about a leaky toilet and someone showed up within 15 minutes and repaired it. The free breakfast, nicely set up in three different rooms, is a plus with bagels, toast, muffins, cinnamon buns, cereal, oatmeal, coffee and fruit, that you can just grab and go with, or sit and enjoy either inside the lobby or outside around the pool. In fact, we loaded up with fruit (oranges, lemons, and three different kinds of apples) every morning before we left on our ventures so we never actually had to buy fruit throughout our stay. Rooms include microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Both the washer and dryer work very well but the washer is very small. So, bring a lot of Pods. There is also a gated security entrance and free parking, both a big plus. The free Wi-Fi is ok; our phones had limited reception in the bedrooms, but our IPad and Macbook did alright. Now the negative: the resort is next to a highway which makes it noisy 24/7. So no quiet dinners on the porch or open patio doors unless you don't mind it. Also, the rooms are not fully soundproofed; you can hear heels, moving furniture, people yelling, taking a shower or, my favourite, peeing. Couldn't hear people talk though which was a blessing. Also, the design of our room made it impossible for us to open our bedroom curtains to let light in because all of them gave onto public areas, as with many other rooms on the site whose residents did the same as us; curtains closed. Again, not a big deal if you don't mind someone watching you as you sleep or waking you up early in the morning while going for breakfast with their excited kids (happened one morning). When you arrive to get your key cards, you will get a surprise form asking you to choose cleaning ($36 for one full room cleaning), towel changing ($6 a pop), and garbage pick up (free). We chose to not take any paying options but for anyone not expecting this (like us and another couple I saw checking in), it was quite the surprise and disappointment. $36!! I don't mind the beds not being done or the towels not changed; after all, you can wash the towels with the in-room washing machine if need be and WE ARE on vacation. But a broom and/or a vacuum every two/three days would've been nice. Push comes to shove, they could leave a broom in the rooms, or you'll just have to ask to eventually receive. Resort is, by car, 15 minutes from Disney and Disney Springs, 22 minutes from Universal Island of Adventure, 8 minutes from Walmart, and 35 minutes from the airport. The resort offers a scheduled shuttle service to both parks (Disney and Universal) that is unfortunately, not free; something to consider when parking at the parks is $20 and at your leisure, and the shuttle is $14 and you must be there at the right place and at the right time. We rented a car. All in all, a good affordable stay as long as you don't mind a bit of noise and you're not too much of a slob.

Very clean condo type stay. I am picky and this place was wonderful. I do understand that each condo/ apartment is owned by different onwer's but what a fantastic buy!!

Perfect for families. Full amenity condos with full kitchen and washer/dryer. The pool is big, clean and relaxing. Concierge is very helpful. Continental breakfast is above average (cereal, bagels, danish, milk, coffee, tea, oatmeal, fruit, juice, etc.). Plenty of nearby restaurants and no more than 20 minutes drive to every Orlando attraction. I couldn't imagine a better place to stay while vacationing in Orlando.

Requested fresh towels every day for a $6 up charge. Haven't received them yet so we will see if that happens. Otherwise impeccable service.

Perfect for families. Nice big rooms and relaxing. Cute area for pool, nicely layed out and lots of palm trees. Breakfast is really yummy, more options than I thought there would be. Isn't super fancy though, seems a little old-some cracks in wall so doesnt seem new but is still super nice!
