Happy New Year everyone! We spent the last part of 2011 hard at work redesigning our website, and we're pretty stoked to finally launch it. Like any good agency, we blogged about the experience - so stop in, read our blog, check out our new look, and let us know what you think!
Our new look has been a work in progress for several months – your own website is always the toughest. But we're pretty pleased with how it turned out, so we thought we share a bit about our process.

Work at Play: the art and science of customer engagement
Introduction

We are a new kind of studio that brings value to our customers by extending their product experiences to a mobile and social world.

We create custom engagement systems that decrease churn and increase long-term customer value. We strengthen brand loyalty by engaging customers with continuous, meaningful interactions across websites, mobile apps, and social channels.

Always Ideating and Seeking Challenges

We play with new technologies and work on new ideas. We seek new challenges, such as hack-a-thons and other opportunities to stretch our creative muscles. Check out our Make it or Fake it Days (also known as MOFIDY). Sound interesting? Let us know if you have an interesting challenge or would like to participate in an ideation exercise.
